We recently upgraded to the paid version of the GST Pro app, hoping for a more seamless experience. Unfortunately, we have been facing significant issues with regards to cancelled invoices. The app does not provide any solutions for handling cancelled orders, which has created a lot of confusion and inefficiency in our accounting process. Additionally, the customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via email, we have received no response. Moreover, the provided phone number is always switched off, making it impossible to get the support we need. Overall, the lack of support and unresolved issues with cancelled invoices make this app a poor choice for businesses looking for reliable GST solutions. We are very dissatisfied with the service and functionality of the GST Pro app.

I checked multiple apps for accessing gst invoices and gst reports for filing and this app seems to be the perfect fit. Though the monthly charges seemed to be a bit higher, it is worth the price because this app also allows you to print packing slips, which was also something our Company required. The gst reports are also well structured and fast compared to other apps. The support from team is also hassle-free, as they have chat support. When we ran into an issue with invoice generstion, they were quick to solve it. Highly recommended!!!
