The team at GrowthHero is a blessing! Their attentiveness to our onboarding steps, and our questions getting us moving has been extraordinary. Incredible leadership, passion, and desire to help, makes them the best app company on Shopify.

We've just begun using this app but I've been so impressed with the level of feature for the value, as well as the responsiveness of the team to questions. Literally took an afternoon to set things up. A smart set of features without the over-featuring (or higher costs) of a lot of other platforms out there. For a Shopify user, this is a no brainer.

I normally don't write many reviews, but this team is truly responsive and the app is excellent. I worked in high growth eCommerce businesses (£30m+ revenue) for a long time as a Product Manager and have rarely seen such a though through app with such a minimal price tag. Well done! We are using it as a 'partner portal' and it has an endless amount of customisation options for our large partners aka affiliates. Well done Team!

Great App So Far! Everything seems pretty easy to use and it has been a pleasure. Missing a couple of features but I love the price!

Although we haven't yet launched the live app, so far the implementation has been super easy and Simon has been extremely responsive in answering all my questions and helping to get it all setup!

We have gone through multiple affiliate portal options looking for one that gives us the most options and will work with us to customize the extra needs we have for our program. GrowthHero has been by far the best option. I only give 4 stars because they require you to move way up in plans to customize for you and they haven't finished our customization needs yet. If everything looks and works like we need then it is well worth the money. We are excited to see how things look and play out as we build this program in the coming weeks, months, & years

AMAZING!! We have started the research on developing the network marketing platform, yer prices were around $13.000 - $50.000, or flat rates of $2000 subscribe model, monthly payments. So we almost moved away from that idea, since investing it only in as software at this point of our start-up was insane. And as God sign was the idea flashed in mind of one of our colleagues, saying let see is there any app on Shopify. And BINGO, we find lot of apps supporting affiliate marketing, did a homework, tried all of them to see how our network would love them, and how easy is to make it brand friendly, without signing all over place in order to get to the Dashboard, and follow the progress of both partners and performances of our campaigns and engagement. The very best choice, without any doubt was GrowthHero. Easy, to set up, easy to integrate, easy to use. But maybe the best out of it is really fast and detailed human support. Had great experience with Simon. This guy have our back no matter what happen, here is he to drive us trough and help us move on. Lucky to get this app installed, just weak form start we already have our consultants loving it, using it, first paychecks made. All works smooth and perfect. Thumb up and. Highly recommended. I Am a developer that has a background from full size MLM setups for big multi million dollar companies. And was looking for something simple for a small startup I am working with. Not MLM but not only affiliate either. GrowthHero was perfect for our business case. Really easy to set up, and fairly customizeable for a small affiliate plugin. Had a few questions and the support was quick and efficient. They are also open for suggestions, and seem to be adding features per request. Looking forward to testing this system further. Works as a charm at this point at least... :)

Great app, good support, and the only affiliate app I've found that is highly customizable to match your website's design. Highly recommended.

We've been navigating this app as a way to give a little something back to those that lost their jobs due to COVID, and we've loved working with it. The people behind this app are always quick to respond, the app is easy to customize if you know how to code. I will say the PayPal API is a little tough to navigate, but seriously, any issue we've come up with, Simon and Mike respond quickly to help us out.

Wow!.. We were using another MLM program and got lucky enough to stumble upon Growth Hero. We asked the other app company to help us with changes and they said "we're too busy" We sent an 11 point email to Growth Hero because we needed certain features and not only did they respond super fast, they were willing to help us with anything we needed. (sorry about that guys) My partner and I ran many test with this app and found the calculations to be flawless. They have more features than any other MLM software we've seen. We upgraded to the highest version and it's been worth every penny. Their name truly says it all. They are helping our company Grow... Simon & Mike are super amazing. If you're looking for a robust, accurate, fully customize-able, functional MLM software, then don't waste your time anywhere else. My company primarily sells to spas and wellness centers but during the corona crisis we wanted to allow enable our partners to sell some of our products directly to their customers so they could make some money while their shops are closed. To support this, I was able to set up a Shopify storefront in a day and then build out an affiliate program in a few hours thanks to GrowthHero and their relentless support person Simon. Now we are launching tomorrow.

So far, so good. I had a few issues trying to figure out what my affiliate sees but the responsive customer support *Simon* and *Gregg* were fantastic in answering my questions. They seemed to really care about my company and interested in seeing it be successful and not without any fakery. I appreciate that as things are moving fast in the cleaning products business. WOW is the first thing that comes to mind with this GrowthHero App. Not only does it offer you all the extras to run a successful MLM/Network Marketing administration and back office platform - but the extra service they provide is outstanding. Mike has been extremely helpful with all of our needs from day one and continues to exceed our expectation. If you are looking to integrate a full-service back-end software platform to launch or grow a business of sales reps then this is definitely one you need to consider. I am very satisfied with this app!! I have tried 3 other Affiliate programs, and this is by far the best!! This has all but 1 feature I need, the company is working on that feature for me! This app is also not costing my company as much as the other apps did! I am really satisfied, as are my Affiliates!! Any time I have emailed this company, they respond very quickly. The last app company I had took 3-5 days to get an initial response and like 2-3 weeks before my questions or request was answered/taken care of and then it was a temporary fix. I have found the Affiliate Marketing app that I am going to stick with!! I am now and will continue to be a loyal customer of GrowthHero!! GrowthHero is exactly what you need from an affiliate growth app. The team have clearly understood why and how Shopify store owners want to use affiliate powered growth and focused on these features.
