Je pense avoir essayé au moins 10 applications de Shopify, celle-ci reste la meilleure. Le design est peut-être pas assez élaboré mais après discussion avec l'équipe, il est prévu un UPDATE en mars 2021 où le design sera très joli ! L'application est gratuite, il passe beaucoup de temps pour vous via TCHAT et email, je pense que vous pouvez faire un don à bien plaire pour les remercier. Un geste qui je pense saura les ravir. I think I've tried at least 10 apps from Shopify, this one is still the best. The design may not be elaborate enough but after discussion with the team, an UPDATE is planned in March 2021 where the design will be very nice! Great Rewards App! Was able to install easily, which is key for us since we are not techy types. Widgets appear well and are being used by frequent buyers. Contacting their support is easy when they are online - very responsive. So far so good!

I searched for an app to create a rewards program for my store. I tried two that was highly recommended but the features were limited and the interface was not user friendly. Set up was so easy and Praveen was attentive and helpful as I was setting up my rewards. I highly recommend this app to any one who wants to provide rewards and giveaways to their customers and guests.

Gratisfaction App is amazing! I Love it because have a lot of templates and options already to use for campaigns, which I don't have time to prepare it, the design is very nice and minimalist. They offer a free plan to start with all the options included and just when you grow you pay another, in my opinion, a fair price too. Another thing that I really appreciate is the customer service. They are very good, they really response fast, are helpful, kind and generous as they personalise some detailed to my shop. I also appreciate that they have a function that you can ask for new ideas to develop and they might look at it to add it in the app! So 5 Stars! Well done

I really like this app. Even the free plan offers a lot. I use it for my loyalty rewards system. My customers and I love it! It is very customizable and easy to use. The customer service is also great, I am looking into upgrading my plan with these guys !

Firstly when you are trying something new for a non techie is can be quite scary. This app has covered all bases and a lot of thought has been put into the development of this app. I look forward to seeing how much it will help increase my list. As a customer I love to get reward points when I shop, so it was only natural to offer the same to my customers. My only problem is, I can't get it to work. Whenever I hit 'SAVE', i get a white screen with a loading sign that turns and turns forever. It freezes my browser, I have to refresh, and it erases all the changes I made. I contacted support, they told me I might have automatically signed off. So I signed off voluntarily, signed in again, still the same thing. I just lost 2 hours translating everything to get my page in French, and its stuck on loading... Its very infuriating :( Anyone knows how to fix this ? Thanks !

I recently installed the app. So far seems pretty good. Easy to use and a good FREE option for new businesses like mine. I had a little issue and client service is outstanding! The issue wasn't resolved but it was due to issues at Shopify. Shopify has lots of issues and soon I might go somewhere else. This app and the guys behind the app are simply outstanding! Highly recommended

Great Loyalty app, install is easy, it took me 5 minutes playing with it that I had everything I needed with this app, functionality is more than you need and team Mav is adding new features constantly, configuration a piece of cake, pricing is spot on in comparison of other apps. Love everything about it! You can send emails to customers about their point balance which encourages them to revisit your shop. It generates discount codes automatically for your customers to redeem with points. The widget looks great on your website and is easy to navigate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
