Our company previously used this plugin/app on woocommerce and continued using it when switching to the Shopify platform. Customer support is great and has been able to make the change happen quickly and with minimal problems. They helped us fix and edit settings, along with provided tips and provided information on other opportunities the app has that we do not currently use. Recommend this app.

Used the giveaway feature. The support team is awesome, I emailed about an issue I was having and they helped me fix it quickly and then gave me extra helpful tips as well! Thank you so much! Giveaway has really helped me grow all of my social media channels all at once which is critical for a small business. Was very easy to set up and connect my mailing service mailchimp through an api and add to my mailing list.

Great functionality and the support is top notch. I had a few issues and was able to chat right away and get them resolved.

Their support is stellar, They will go above and beyond to make sure you set and ready to go. The pricing model is one that I love the most, freemium where all the options are open and we as merchants and the app startup grow together. That should be the case for all apps that aim to serve a need and are here for the long run.

I like this app, it's easy to set up and quite straightforward. I'm excited about new features in the near future. Customer support has also been extremely helpful and I appreciate that. I'm not rating 5 stars though because I wish their knowledge base and FAQs were more complete and that they provided user documentation.

April 2023: I'm updating my review because I do think this is a great tool in terms of possible functionality, but the back end interface is *INSANELY* complicated, to the point that I can't figure out how to use most of the features - there are menu options across the top of the screen, plus all on the side, then you get more options int he main screen depending on what you've selected, and yet none of them seem related to each other, and I can never figure out where to go to do what I want to do. I've also never been able to figure out how to make options like popups or social or email campaigns work. I'm honestly just not smart enough for this app. I've just been keeping it for the sake of the rewards points button on my homepage, but recently a second widget button mysteriously appeared on my storefront and I have no clue how or why. I can tell it's from this program cause it's showing the same points and redemptions when I log in, but i can't figure out how to change the terrible placement or turn it off. I gave up and just turned off the original widget, but WHHHYYYY would this tool put two different buttons both on my store? I didn't attempt to reach out for help, because I reaaaaaaally don't enjoy interacting with folks for technical support, especially on something that should be easy, and i'd rather just give up and switch to a different tool. :( At this point, i can't figure out how to use most of it, so I've decided to switch to a simpler and less expensive tool since I don't think i'm getting most of the use or value out of this one. :(

I love this app! ive been using it since I opened my website in 2020! and I love it..I would recommend this to other business and also my customers love it as well. and they have excellent customer service...very helpful.

The app seems packed with nice features. Unfortunately it only works if your site is using a single language. The low score is to reflect that the page shows numerous languages which led me to believe it supported them concurrently.

I've been a long time customer of gratification since my old WordPress site, nothing is too much trouble for them and they helped me with lots of things that I was unable to do because I'm not very confident with techy stuff. They are very speedy with customer support, I'm a very happy customer it was a no brainer I carried on using them with my new shopify store

I am very impressed with this app. It can do everything that we wanted it to do including integration with LOOX. The configuration is quite simple once you figure it out. The odd time that I struggled with something, I reached out to the customer service team and my questions were answered immediately! The customer service is simply outstanding! Great app and great service, a winning combination for us!

The support for this app is amazing. It's easy to use, but I had a few questions and they were answered instantly and effectively! Praveen even recommended ways for me to get more out of the app than I had discovered on my own. I Would highly recommend!

This is a highly versatile app that I leverage for many unique programs on my website. I have been using the app for well over a year and on the rare occasions that I need tech support, they are super fast, efficient, and extremely pleasant to work with. I highly recommend! I’d strongly recommend Shopify to take a look at this app and what the developer is doing with the traffic. Several things we were only able to see when we started testing the app: Issue 1 - They are forcing a user to use a logging PIN (the use of this is neither explained or possible to remove) if the user returns to the contest. There are several problems with this - the pin is logging the user in the app itself, not my website - the purpose of the pin is not explained anywhere, so it’s very confusing - the app generates a new pin with every action a visitor takes, just to add to more confusion - there is no way to disable this feature even after I contacted their customer service they were not able to do it. Issue 2 - Share on Facebook post prominently displays this Apps name and it looks as if they are organizing the giveaway. There is NO mention of our company name. This was not removed even after we paid to remove their name from the footer. Issue 3 - If you don’t set up a page with the contest on your website the link your visitors will share will only take the new visitors to their app, and there will be no way for the new visitor to get to browse your website. The app is also very limiting when it comes to customization of how it appears on the site. We have tried working with their support team on all these issues and got nowhere.

The App was recently installed with great features. Customer service has been extremely amazing and helpful.

Super spammy to my customers. Attracts spam bots forcing you to upgrade to the paid program in order to delete them.

Absolutely love Gratisfication. Migrating to Shopify was super simple and handled quickly by the AppsMav team. Wouldn't consider any other app. It's got everything I need and more.

Nous utilisons cette app pour notre programme de fidélité pour nos clients. Elle est vraiment super, facile à utiliser et à configurer. Il y a bcp d'options de récompenses mais aussi d'actions à effectuer. Les différents templates sont utilisables sans avoir besoin de graphiste. Concernant le support, il est vraiment extra. Des réponses toujours rapides et des explications complètes. Bref une super app que nous ne pouvons que recommander à toute personne qui souhaite offrir un très bon système de programme de fidélité.

This app is great! I tried more than 3 referral apps, but none of them goes through the extreme detail that Gratisfaction does. Not only that, but their customer support is extremely good!

I tried literally 5 loyalty program apps before this one and am blown away. The setup process is seamless and intuitive, the number of features available for even the free plan is incredible, and the design is fantastic. This app will help me make a big impression on my customers along with my new theme version rolling out, so I'm super excited about all of it. This app is a MUSTTTTT. Just try it and you'll ditch your current loyatly app LOL!
