Great value for how much they charge! Sam from the Grapevine team was really helpful in how we can make more use of our surveys. Really appreciate when a team is responsive especially when seated in a different time zone. Really happy with the app so far!

A great surveys app that integrates very easily. Excellent analytics and ease of reviewing survey responses. Support is very knowledgeable, personable, and fast - a huge plus. All said, we would love to see the Order Status Page and all surveys be customizable in terms of colors and branded elements. Thanks for the great review Dane. It was a pleasure to help! Shopify’s rollout of their new PCI-compliant post-purchase pages are designed to improve checkout security and performance across all stores, however this does limit some of the customization options we were previously able to offer directly on the post-purchase page.

The trial was great to get to know the product! We really enjoy the product especially for the cost! We were using a different product a while back and it got very costly very quickly.
