無料で使える機能も素晴らしく。アンケート機能もしっかり動いています。質問があったので、担当者のアンダーセンさんが丁寧に答えてくれました。それだけではなく、２週間後にフォローアップのメールもしてくれました。とても素晴らしいソフトとサービスだと思います。お勧めできます。

Everything’s great so far!

Incredible level of customer service to help me set up a slightly more tricky email survey. We managed to get it all set up exactly as I had hoped which was a perfect outcome!

Great tool. We are using it as part of a Klaviyo Flow as well as implemented in the Checkout section. The setup process was easy and we could portray our corporate design too. It's nice to have a quiz option part of the app too, which is something we want to tackle next.

Very easy to use, a survey is set up in no time. Also customer service is responding quickly and is very friendly and helpful no matter what you're bothering them with. If you are looking for an easy tool to do surveys in your shop this is the app to go with.

アプリ導入時、アンケートの回答が選択肢+テキスト入力ができるアプリが、こちらだけだったのが決め手でした。 アンケートは購入後の画面にシームレスで表示されるので、回答率も高くとても便利です。 また質問への回答も素早く、とても丁寧で大変感謝しております。 先日は修正方法を動画付きで教えていただけて驚きました。 アプリ自体もサポート体制も、日本製ならではの安心感です。 今後とも開発、サポートともに期待しております

I am a big fan of Gojiberry. I think it might be one of the most easy to use and clean post-purchase survey tools on shopify. The team who runs this are top notch, and really took the time to make sure that we felt supported. And i think the 5 second survey is a very unique and useful tool that has helped us better understand our customers wants. Amazing job!

Great app & experience with this company has been really unique. Submitted feedback, and they jumped on a video call with me, with their team, to discuss. Had opportunity to discuss future product development with them too. For the app, easy to use & works well. Glad I stumbled across this in the shopify app store.

Great app! Super intuitive and easy to use, and excellent customer service as well! I've been using it to gather email lists of potential customers and gain feedback from them simultaneously with coupon codes as an incentive. This app collects the whole user journey seamlessly.

オンラインショップでは顧客の声を直接聞く機会が限られがちです。以前は別のアプリを使用していましたが、技術的な問題で利用できなくなり、その後、このアプリを見つけました。前のアプリでは有料版を利用していたものの、サポートからの返信がなく困っていました。しかし、このアプリは直感的で使いやすいUIが魅力で、無料にも関わらずサポート体制が充実しており、機能のアップデートも頻繁に行われています。さらに、アンケート調査への回答率が高く、非常に満足しています。現在は利用している機能の全てを使いこなせていないため、今後さらに多くの機能を活用していく予定です。

Exactly what we need for our website. Cleverly placed feedback form after the checkout to get feedback from real customers only. The options to get feedback from customers are also creative. Support respond to querys well and helpful.

We have used Gojiberry now for about a month now and all we can say is... this app has been incredible! It has helped us understand our customers better than ever before. The team has been friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend!

We've been quite happy with Gojiberry's impact on our Shopify store. We got great feedback which helped us improve our site usability. The easyPoints incentives had a big impact on the survey response rate which gave us results much faster. Setting it up was a breeze, and the regular updates just keep making it better. Its good fore post purchase but there is no way to add it to blogs or website etc. I need to ask surveys also to customer even if they are not buying! But they are Modern and easy to use, it just doesnt use its whole spectrum.
