The app offers a lot of flexibility and customization. However, the default email notifications can't be edited as long as you are on the free plan. Unfortunately, the default Japanese translation in the app is of such poor quality that ALL texts need to be rewritten from scratch. So depending on the language one is using, the free plan is never an option. I offered to provide GoAffPro with a flawless Japanese translation for the email notifications which would also benefit other Japanese shops, but they would rather force me to subscribe to their premium plan than improve the quality of the Japanese version. I find it also disturbing that replies to my inquiries don't include the name or contact information of the customer service person.

Great app, even free version offers enough features to start. They need to improve mobile app visually and fuctionally though.

The GOAFFPRO app is excellent and user-friendly! Also, the support is prompt! The app has amazing features and I like the short informative videos.

Update on 8/31 2023 The customer support Melanie is very unhelpful and the way they talk to us seems they are the boss and can ask you to do anything! Their report is very inconvenient, they cannot allow you to do a custom report that contains all the data, which is completely understandable because nothing is perfect! But their attitude to this really upset me, Melanie said it is a good suggestion to improve their app, but it is not their responsibility to send this to their tech and asked me to write an email to them again about this! I mean????? No matter if you will take my suggestion to improve, but I already told you this, and you are not communicating or submitting this inside your teamwork? If that's the case, let me know, I will make my business somewhere else!

Just downloaded and set up this app, this has been the easiest app I have ever had to set up on my shopify. Once you choose the button upon download that says you dont know anything about the app, they literally walk you through step by step until each step is complete. There was one portion I had confused my self about and used their support , and was blown away at the instruction and walk through I got . It was so quick and got me through my issue in no time! I want to add that it was my lack of knowledge that led to my confusion not the app! 10/10 would recommend. Looks very professional and well done on my site. SO happy with it!

GOAFFPRO is amazing! The customer service is super helpful and quick with any problems I had. I highly recommend this app!

I just jumped across from another app as I found GOAFFPRO had a much better offering. I am launching a new brand, and so am relatively new to the world of affiliate marketing and I found GOAFFPRO to be a really easy system to integrate for beginners. I'm really pleased with how it operates both from the seller side and the affiliates' side. Plus their support team were extremely helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

It is the first affiliate application plugin of our website. While its functionalities are limited, it's one of the best choices for a newly established website in my opinion. It provides sufficient tracking capabilities and offers adequate information in its reports. The operation is quite straightforward, especially if you are familiar with affiliate logic,you can easily become proficient in using the program through self-exploration. What has touched me the most is that the support team is always quick to respond to any issues, no matter when they arise.
