I have been using this app for a while now and have to say it is really easy to use and my affiliates also seem to have no problem. Having just updated my website to a new Theme, I have to say that the customer service was outstanding, they helped me to transfer over with the only hiccups caused by me! Thank you

We are using this app since the last 1.5 months and it's awesome to work with. Pretty straightforward UX and UI with everything right there to view and operate. Support is very helpful and the integration with Paypal and banks for payouts is very streamlined. Our collaborators are very happy in using the platform and the custom signup page with our branding makes it very trustworthy for affliates to signup. The fees are very transparent and the setup is very easy. I recommend this app versus other apps that nickel and dime you for every little thing.

By far the worst customer service I've encountered in the Shopify ecosystem. They consistently fail to answer any questions, forcing you to figure everything out on your own. Their support is not just unhelpful but downright dismissive, with a shallow, careless attitude that makes it clear they don't value their customers at all. Are you real ?? I checked our email support system and we have exactly 2 questions from you. One on 12th Sep and another on 30th September. Both the queries were answered promptly with helpful guides. Great customer support!

Good app, pretty straightforward and any questions I had were quickly answered by their support email. It's more powerful than you probably even need, so don't hesitate to use it, just understand that you'll need to figure a few things out (if you're an average affiliate platform user) to get it right. I recommend it.

We've had multiple hiccups getting things set up, but every time customer support has been super responsive and helpful and has resolved the issue!

Great customer service- one of my discount codes wasn't connecting properly to my affiliate and the customer service team was quick to respond and tell me which settings I needed to change (which was a user error on my end in the first place). I'm still new to using the affiliate service, but very pleased so far!

Earlier on I was having trouble with goaffpro and the support, had some critical functionalities that weren't working for me. But in the last 6 months or so they have really turned it around, support times are so much faster and they're giving really good feedback on the issues that I have. I don't know if I got better at explaining my issues or if they hired an entirely better staff but keep up the good work. The mobil app has progressed so much since we initially started as well, so kudos to goaffpro dev team. Keep making it better!

So far we give it 2 stars because we need support to respond to our support request. We are having issues with the integrations page and so far, we keep getting the following response "Hello, Bumping this up for our technical team to check They should check and update you soon" We have been getting this same message for the last 2 days. Please respond so we can update our review of your app.

App not user friendly.....customers don't understand how to use app. Navigating dashboard very difficult. Trying to get help from support and have no response for 5 days now.....looking for another referral app option

GOAFFPRO did for us what no other affiliate app we could find would do properly - and at a better price than any of them. Free for all of the major features, and just $30 for all of the stuff some other apps charge $80+/month to do (and even percentages of commissions). GOAFFPRO was the first app we tested out of 6 that could properly record affiliate link purchases when using regular checkout, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay - something you'd expect everyone could do, but no. Interface and customization is not as fancy as the most expensive alternatives, but it's supremely usable. This is our choice moving forward.

The team did an amazing job is responding to a migration request. They actually did the migration within an hour and on a Saturday! Highly recommend their support.

best affiliate tool ever!!

So far I am loving the app. We are a GF bakery with one store front and growing our business through word of mouth. We started using GOAFFPRO to organize and communicate with affiliates and it has been super user friendly considering it's capabilities! We are able to do a lot of what we currently need on the free plan, especially as we are learning, but are looking forward to upgrading. Its worth it!
