App works great for my affiliate program. Key features I needed - great reporting, ability for affiliates to easily promote the program, allow for customer to receive a free gift with purchase. Also - emailed with customer service a few times and they were excellent! Sometimes emailed response back within a minute! A+ customer service.

It works very well to launch the affiliate program. It can offer custom link for our partners, different rate setting. And the most importantly, the support team is supreme, professional and patient to answer our questions. Highly recommended ! Cons

I had lots of silly little questions come up as I got started, Anuj with the support center was incredibly quick to answer them all! He got me the answers I needed quickly and this was so easy to set up and get running. Love this app!

Great app! We've been using it for several months now without any issues. We had a small situation come up, but that was quickly resolved over email. The customer support is great! We'll be with them for awhile.

This app is amazing and helped our business so much. The staff are super helpful and always go above and beyond.

The app has a lot of great features. The only problem I found was the page title not displaying correctly when I shared my links on social media. I changed the subdomain from ‘Affiliates’ to ‘Partners’ and the page title from ‘Affiliate Portal’ to ‘Partner Portal’. The page title was still showing as ‘Affiliate Portal’ instead of ‘Partner Portal’ when I shared my links on social media. I emailed support a few times but they still didn’t solve the problem.

Amazing support that answered I problem I had within the same day, actually within hours. They always respond within hours. They have a really cool system for affiliates that is easy to track, wasn't hard to install, and gives each affiliate their own little portal where they can securely put in their paypal for payment. You do have to do the billing yourself--it might be cool to see an auto-billing feature in the future--but that's definitely not an issue. It's really easy to mark who you have and haven't paid. Honestly this has gotta be the best affiliate marketing plug in out here for this cost.

This does basically everything I wanted out of an affiliate marketing app. I have just downloaded and set it up at this point so just know that my review is based off of just that so far

A quick, easy tutorial that helps set up the affiliate program for your site, and it was all free for the basic setup, too

I rated too soon. Unhelpful support and inconsistent terms. It counts for one sale but not another. No way to reverse errors. *While we are talking in email, none of this has answered my confusion at the inconsistency applied between orders. I wish this was addressed with me instead of asking me to respond publicly in a review and still not understanding the root issue.

Just used the app yesterday and it was seamless. So far it has surpass my expectations . Will update more. Thank you!
