The customer service and support that goes along with this app is top notch. For someone who is not tech savvy and needs step by step hand holding, I couldn't ask for a better app; I feel like I'm being completely supported. Customer support always responds quickly and provides easy to understand, to the point, instructions with exactly what Im looking for so I can move along in real time with no hiccups. I don't have enough good things to say about this app! Especially for free!! Thank you for creating it and being so amazing.

Support for the app has been great. Helped us with a very weird problem that I'm sure no one else the world would have had.

Simple and very easy to use app. Customer service is phenomenal! It does the same things the more expensive apps do, but has a free plan. Definitely recommend!

This app has everything you need and nothing you don't for small affiliate programs. We launched our affiliate program through Goaffpro and found it to be intuitive, accurate, and easy to use. However, we ended up switching over to the standard for our industry, Avantlink, since that's what most outdoor industry affiliates already use. We were tempted by promises of seamless integration and hands-off affiliate management. Boy, were we wrong! The UI was awful, basic functions required coding knowledge or navigating a maze of menus, I could go on... Big businesses who need more robust analytics and very specific control over promotions etc (and who have a dedicated affiliate program manager) may want more granular control than Goaffpro provides, but for small businesses looking for a straightforward, simple platform to manage affiliates it's perfect. So here we are, back on Goaffpro. I didn't realize how good we had it! I'm sorry I doubted you. It won't happen again.

The app work really well, just i dont like that the domain change when a customer select the affiliate program, and about the service is ¡excelent! nice job congratulations.

I love this app, however there is a conflict when it's supposed to automatically create the affiliates coupon code, but turns out you would have to go to your dashboard and remove it from the profile and create a new discount code manually inside your Shopify and then link that to your affiliate which is a lot of work

We wanted a simple yet effective app to address our concerns on Affiliate marketing. Wrote to all the top recommended apps in this field, all of the reverts were unclear. Many said that features were not available. Then we found GoAffpro...which not only met all our requirements but was FREE too! We have used the App for 1 year and are highly satisfied....service back up is excellent to!!....Highly recommended for any one looking to build effective affiliate network

Franchement, cette application est top ! Je l'utilise depuis plus de 6 mois. J'ai juste quelques problèmes d'affichage des pages d'accueil mais j'arrive tout de même à l'utiliser. D'où la note de 4/5. Et surtout, l'application permet de bien convertir les ventes. Le SAV est très efficace. Par contre, tout se fait en anglais. ;)

I love this Goaffpro app, it's easy to use and the support is phenomenal because they respond to my inquiries quickly and guide me along so I can learn to use it on my own.

Downloaded the app last week. So far so good. There are a lot of good features even within the free plan. I will definitely upgrade my plan when I have more affiliates. Anuj was very helpful and answered all my questions quickly with plenty of information.

This app has a lot of good reviews and it's easy to see why. It's very easy to set up and has an amazing starter plan. I am not used to affiliate marketing so I needed to call support which was fast, professional and free. I'm amazed at some of the features available on the app as I didn't know these features existed. Anyway 5 stars from me. Recommended!
