Been needing an app like this for a long time now -- was glad to stumble upon it while researching ways to be able to produce customization options for products without creating additional variants. I did some research before deciding to use this app and from what I saw, this app is one of the best out there and not just that, you can't beat that it's free. When I say free, it's not the limited features or free plan available apps -- this app is completely free, no strings attached. I did have issues initially with getting the app to work on my theme. However, I saw on the reviews that the support team was very helpful. So I reached out to the support team on the same day I first installed the app and asked for them to look into it. They responded very quickly (think it was within a few hours) and was able to request for access to my account and make the corrections right away. Not sure if they have around the clock support but it sure felt like it since when I woke up the next morning, everything was working the way I wanted it to. Highly recommend to others.

I used this app to add personalization options and special requests. It has so many great features that many paid apps do not, like image/color swatches, toggles, and buttons. The conditional-logic is also fantastic at keeping my product pages less cluttered with options and easier to follow. I ran into a few issues with loading new options but I contacted customer support and they resolved it very quickly. It is limited to one option set per product but you can always work around this by adding additional elements with conditional-logic. Overall a great tool for any store looking for to customize their product options.

This app works well for all of the variants that I have on each of my products. I have had a problem recently and they fixed it in a timely manner.

The breadth of these product variations is vast and SO useful. I have some products that I need customers to agree terms to, or have a lot of customizations I need to capture, and this app does it all! Plus, their customer service is top notch. I recently upgraded to Shopify 2.0 Themes which broke the app, but customer service and devs were on it once I asked for help and fixed it within 24 hours for me!

App was incredibly easy to work with and create exactly what I wanted! Helen was fantastic and developers where able to find a problem I had with theme integration, fix the issue and show me how to do so! Loads of options which I really needed and shopify theme options weren't enough. I could nicely adjust them to my shop so it is now customer friendly. I love how many different variations I can add. This app is great! I have a few products that require additional variant options and I have to say I'm pleased. Support has also been great in helping with any issues I've had.

This app helped us in so many ways. It is very easy to use and it works perfectly with our pricing/promotional strategies (BOGO). The product price add-ons work efficiently. I also loved how the developers assist us whenever issues arrived and they were very easy to talk with.
