Very helpful and professional

Stuck with this app for months trying to get it to work. Although tech team were available, they never truly gave me the time on endless chats to understand the problem and therefore it never functioned correctly. On to another app now.

A great app I recommend everyone to use it. When I had difficulty removing the watermark, a support was there and fixed it immediately.

Great app. Couldn't run my shop without it. And it's free. What more could you want. Quick, friendly help (during opening hours), too.

Great response time in chat! TONS of patience with understanding my lack of technical skills! Absolutely willing to try EVERY option when we encountered a roadblock, which was only a detour for Helen!!! I recently had the experience of working with Globo Variant and must say I am thoroughly impressed. While it turned out that their variant option wasn't the right fit for my specific needs, their professionalism and customer service were second to none. From the get-go, the team was extremely communicative. They took the time to understand my needs and were prompt in answering any queries I had. It's rare to find a company these days that values customer engagement to this extent. I was equally impressed with how quickly they processed my case. Despite the variant option not working out for me, the team was fast in offering alternatives and processing the necessary changes. Their efficiency saved me time and effort, making the experience smooth and stress-free. One of the most striking aspects of my interaction with Globo was their responsiveness. They were always available to address concerns or make adjustments on the fly. It’s refreshing to see a company so in tune with customer needs. In conclusion, even though their specific variant option wasn't the right match for me, everything else about the company was top-notch. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Globo to others. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is something other companies should aspire to.

T-shirt sellers this is the one! I went through 3-4 before I found this one. The simplicity is perfect but it’s got all the details. I had a small problem getting the variants to load but the customer service was great. The company fixed it for me right away. Highly recommend!

This app is very aesthetically pleasing BUT has some very serious limitations and when I inquired about it they didn’t really seems to care - it was like oh well so sorry You can offer a selection that adds more then a qty of 1 of any sku to the cart Example - if you wanted to allow for a selection that added a qty of 2 tires or bolt a etc - the app can’t do it - only can add a qty of 1 of any sku to your cart I even tried my own workaround - making it 2 options a Ex) Tire #1 and Tire#2 and the customer can select both but yet only 1 gets added to the cart Other app we used does this but didn’t have as nice as a layout Guess I wasted many hours for nothing and it really was disappointing the lack of effort and empathy i recd in their response

This is a fantastic application which serves our needs properly. I had also enjoyed great support from their team.

Have been using this app for a while.. everything works perfectly.. until recently i noticed that one of the option wasn't displaying properly on my store on mobile.. i contacted support and they solved it promptly! I am very satisfied with this app and highly recommend it to anyone who needs custom product options for their store!

Es funktioniert alles, wie es soll, sehr einfach zu bedienen. Im ersten Anlauf funktionierte bei mir die Anzeige der Optionen im Shop nicht. Ich wendete mich an den Kundenservice und bekam schnell eine Antwort und die entsprechendene Hilfe zugesagt. Nun funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit der App.

Great app and great support team! App works well. I haven;t run into any bugs. It just works smoothly and does what it is supposed to. And the support team are excellent - helping me to make it look good on my site. Very happy with this choice.

Brilliant app that will help us change the way we sell to our customers due to the customisation options. Customer support is super helpful as Emma has helped resolve any problems we've had with the initial setup.

Not only is this a very useful add-in to my site; the customer support is excellent too. I experienced a glitch when trying to edit an existing option set. I contacted Globo customer support who acknowledged my request and contacted me within an hour; talked me through how to grant them collaborator access, then fixed the problem overnight. Thank you!

Function design minimalist and focus job to be done. I can custom many things very quickly. Great customer service. They helped me fit this app with my store, my page builder app, so my store works very well with the Globo product options app. It's a big hit.

Great app and support is always on point!. Only downside is it wont let your add an inventory to each variant.
