Easy to use and good support from the Globo team. It was simple to build my menu within the editor and preview. I had issues displaying it on my site, but support was quick to help out and resolve.

I am using Globo mega menu for multiple stores of mine and this is the best solution store owners with large catalog can get to sort their menus. Also the support team at globo menu is really good and they provide quick resolution if you get stuck anywhere.

The Globo team is the best! I love all of their apps. The only issues that I ever have are integration (which will be the same with most apps) and the team is so friendly and generous with their customization.
