Menu only working in mobile but not in desktop.Is there any setting to show menu in both mobile and desktop.Can you help me with this.

I just opened my store and I installed the Mega Menu app and I continue to get 404 error messages on my site when trying to click on a category. I worked with customer service to fix it however it continues to happen. If this app were Free I would give it a better rating but its not. If you download this app just be careful and spot check your site. I will be looking for other options.

Great app, had a few tweaks I wanted doing and the support team were on it. Menu looks good and has lots of features.

WOW! This app really is amazing! For years, we have had a very basic menu and we realised that, with a lot of products, customers were finding it very difficult to find the product they wanted. This app has solved that! In a few hours, we have been able to create a brilliant mega menu that catergorises all our products perfectly, and actually helps us to manage our store better also. Even more importantly, the app support is amazing! There were certain bespoke changes we were not able to make but the team at Globo assisted us immediately and we now have specific design changes that fit our store perfectly. The mega menu works really well and has a lot of flexibility, but more than that the team there is super helpful and responsive with any questions I had.

Very good app indeed! The menu is very flexible and allows you to do many different kind of menus. The support is incredible and has tremendously helped me to launch my menu when I needed and I had issues. I can't recommend this enough!

This is quite possibly the best mega menu app on the market right now. I tried several other and then settled on this one for its clean user interface and easy administration.

We created a custom menu together. Helen did a fine job. It took some time but we got it to work. Great job.

I installed this app to sample what was actually included in the "free" program only to find out that it was less then expected but the real problem is that there are definitely remnants of code remaining in my theme that are outside my skill set to remove. I tried re-installing the app but I was unable to do that as well.

I really like this app design and the ease of the features! I couldn't get it to integrate with a particular Theme, contacted the developers and Helen got right to it. She had it fixed in no time!

Looks great and easy to use, but after you set it all up there are glitches. On a Desktop view, you cannot click on the checkout cart on your website. I contacted tech support, but there was no response to fix this issue. We installed it since we had so many complaints from our customers and who knows how many people on a desktop could not check out their purchase, so they left our site.
