Excellent app. This was the only app that you could customize the colors also I had to do some customization done. Sara and her team worked very hard and efficient to solve my problems. The app is great and has nice options for customizing your swatches and buttons. The customer service is also wonderful-- I submitted a request to customize an extra thing and the turnaround from the time of the request to when it was ready to be live on my website was quick and easy!

This app has been great, but even more so the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. They were extremely helpful when I had an issue from another app causing this app to be slow. They went above and beyond to help fix the issue and were pleasant and kind the entire time. A really good app when your theme doesn't have color swatches. Some things are a bit difficult to comprehend because they're not native English speakers. But, I was able to figure it out and they were fast with replies. Thanks!

the app is not easy to use, it doesnt work for sense theme itried many times and it doubles every variant in your store, i deleted the app and it messed with my code and my instagram and facebook store,,, i asked them for help I explained to them that since I deleted their app my ig and fb store appears with double "variants" and they didnt help me :(

Perfect app for my requirements - needed colour swatches and variant images for one product store. I had a bundling app installed also so needed to get in touch with support to help with the install, which was all sorted within about 30 minutes flat - amazing service for a free app. Highly recommend.

I was having an issue with the app where some of my products displayed the actual swatch colors and others displayed the name of the color. I preferred the actual color over the name of the color so my customers could visually see the color. Even though it's a free app, I reached out to Globo support not really expecting a response. Luna responded within in an hour! They were also able to ghost my account to see the issues and were able to fix everything in a matter of a few hours. I consider that outstanding customer service! With service like this, I highly recommend GLO Color Swatch, Variant Image. And now I have to see what else they have that I could use on my Shopify account.
