We've had trouble with other digital gift message apps in the past. Customers were confused by the UX, and there were limited options. This app is FAR superior!! I love that customers can add a video or digital greeting card along with their message. We've already had customers use it and we've gotten no complaints or questions.

We have recently installed this app to improve our customer experience. Seller support has been very helpful in customising the app to suit our needs, responding to messages very quickly and finding a solution that works.

Has all the possible options and flexibility and even enables a digital gifting option that has helped us offer gifting to our customers without making any changes in our physical operations. great app, it has many customizable options. I was able to get instantly assisted by the tech team via video call, they helped me set up the app on my store. Great design, maybe the popup is a little bit slow for 22' standards but it does the job. Suggestions: Add a badge on the order note and make more clear which product needs to be wrapped, as of now it simply adds a product called 'gift wrap' to the checkout. It'd be better to have it already bundled and more clear to which product.

There is no better option! Not because there aren't more apps on the market, but because of the excellent service and support provided by its developers. I needed to enable a gift option for my store and I found some but none of them were suitable, I tried this one and in part it did not exactly fit what I was looking for but its developer made it the ideal app for me. It is the best thing about the app, its developers take care of you and personalize everything according to your needs. They are the best.

We used this app because -- after trying several other apps -- it was the only app we found that gave us the ability to truly customize the e-gift message delivery as we offer many digital products. This is the best app I have looking for. The support that Skai Lama gave us is incredible. A minor layout issue with my theme that was fixed by them in 5 MINUTES! I will download their other app solution because I need and because I know I can trust them. Keep the doing the great work!! ;)

GiftLab is easy to setup and works fine with 2.0 theme. Afforadable price and got nearly full functions on free plan. Great and fast support on installation.

We used the app for one of our campaigns and needed some customization. Found the support quite responsive and prompt even on weekends. Would definitely recommend this app.

I have used this app on a website that I am currently still finishing off and so far it has been really good! My client is a florist and she needs this so that people can tick that it's a gift, add a personal message and choose what date they would like it delivered. The added benefit of this app is that is also prompts the customer to 'add on' another product which can be great for upselling. The customer service team has also been very helpful via Whatsapp. My only thing would be that there are a few tweaks and updates that could be done or added, but I've been informed that they might be happening in the coming months. Overall, very happy! Plus is looks simple and non-offensive on my site.

This app is amazing. It takes my customer right threw a flow of options that is like a funnel. I especially love the messaging option. If you are reading and this and on the fence don't worry, the customer service is amazing and you can schedule a 30 minute meeting with them anytime. Highly Recommend!!!
