I recently used the Giveaway Ninja App for our Anniversary Giveaway, and I was extremely pleased with the results. My primary goals were to boost engagement with potential customers and increase our social media followers, particularly on Facebook. Thanks to the Giveaway Ninja App, I achieved both of these objectives. Additionally, Andrea provided outstanding support and promptly addressed any questions I had. I highly recommend this app for anyone looking to run successful giveaways and enhance their online presence.

This app does everything you need to run an effective giveaway! The customer service in impeccable! My questions were answered immediately, and Andrea also assisted with the setup! If you want to acquire more customers, or you need competent help with the set up use this app! Good customer service is hard to find these days but you won't have that problem here!

We've only recently signed up for this app and haven't had the opportunity to explore its features in depth just yet. However, our initial impression is quite positive, as it appears to be quite user-friendly. What truly sets this company apart, though, is its exceptional customer service. In a landscape crowded with commendable apps and top-notch customer support, this service stands out in a league of its own. Andrea, in particular, has made an indelible mark with her remarkable assistance. Not only did she expertly guide us through the process of creating our very first campaign from scratch, but she went the extra mile in doing so. I was getting super frustrated as I couldn't get an HTML code to work, so I reached out to customer support and Andrea was the nicest, most patient support person I've ever encountered, and SO helpful! Come to find out, it was my own error that was interfering with the code embedding. I haven't gotten further than that in utilizing the actual app, but I absolutely would recommend Giveaway Ninja based solely on their customer service. :)

The best of the giveaway apps i tried that were affordable and do the subscription payments through shopify The staff are nice and helpful :)

Giveaway Ninja is a great company, they have gone up and beyond helping me as a new retail business. Andrea has helped me get the most out of the app and has helped me in so many other ways beyond what the app offers. This is a great app for running contests with amazing customer support. Andrea helped me with every little detail in getting my first contest up and running. The results so far have been way beyond my expectations. If you're looking for a great way to build your email list by using contests, then this is the app for you.

Have nothing but good things to say about these guys. Both the giveaway software and the wheel spin software are really well laid out to make it easy to set up, and look professional on the store. They also go above and beyond to assist their customers to ensure they have a smooth experience with all the software. When i say they go above and beyond, i mean you will be hardpressed to find an app developer out there who even gets close to the level of customer support these guys provide. all in all, you'd be a dummy NOT to choose crazyrocket.

We have ran two giveaways using this APP and we couldn't be happier. It is SUPER easy to use. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to attract new customers using this type of marketing to se this APP!

I had a huge issue that was resolved by Giveaway Ninja customer support within 2 minutes. I was not expecting that.

This was my first time using an app like this in Shopify. As a relatively new shopify user, it's been a learning curve for me. Fortunately the Giveaway Ninja support chat was there to help me every step of the way. I probably asked 80 questions over a 3 hour period of time and the responses were always fast, friendly and very informative. I felt so clueless at the beginning but by the end of the setup, I felt extremely knowledgeable and confident using the app. 10/10 and I'll definitely be using it again for future giveaways.

Oh man... where do I begin? Andrea Is just something else with the way she ensures you get the most out of this wonderful app. Not only is it super beginner friendly, but it also just does the job so effectively. Needless to say, Andrea's expertise in knowing what is best for your particular needs is just unmatched. Just installed this app on our site LongRideShields.com. Created our first campaign and it is now live. Had a few hiccups in the setup but CrazyRocket tech support was on it! They responded very quickly and helped develop working code as well as things overlooked when setting up this first campaign. Big big thank you for the amazing service and extremely functional app! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

When I first downloaded the app, I thought it was fine & would do the trick for what I needed it to do. After setting up my first giveaway, I followed the instructions to embed it, but had issues getting it to show up (because I entered an incorrect link).... I panicked because I had just launched it, but it wasn't showing up..... Reached out to customer service thinking it would take at minimum a few hours to get a response, but they responded in minutes! Andrea went above & beyond and helped me make my giveaway look even more branded and made recommendations to make it more successful & help promote it. SO, SO impressed! We're using monthly giveaways to boost traffic, so I'm really happy this app is proving to be a great choice. Thank you!
