The #1 thing that amazes us is definitely none other than the front line support team. During the past few months, we had a lot of problems to be dealt with, be it minor or major. Each and every of the problems had been settled efficiently and we're more than happy with the customer service. Specially mentioned *Ann, Tina, Cindy, Janie & Nicole*. Thank you again for your hard work. Appreciate you girls from the bottom of our heart! As for Gempages itself, we will definitely be using them for our future businesses as well. Truth to be told, this is one of the best investment for us and everything has been on a smooth sailing journey without disappointments.

Highly recommended this app. User friendly and I have to give a big thumb up to the customer service team. They are excellent. Janie helped me solved all my issues professional and promptly. She even went out of her way to help reinstate a page when I deleted it by accident!

Just what we were looking for. This app is great for making big changes to site design that would normally require a developer. It's also very easy/intuitive to use. Customer support was extremely helpful when we needed a custom change made. Highly recommend.

Gempages is great because you can take your website a step further than the regular Shopify store. The customer supports is outstanding, which is really helpful when you encounter obstacles. I'm still on my Trial days. So by now (4 days) I can I say I like the app. I would say its ideal for landing pages, indeed, it was the main reason I downloaded the app. It has a lot of features but still on discovery phase. It's great it has a very good chat support, so any doubt can be canalized by there. The only constructive criticism I have on the 4 days, I think they should put someone to be "on call" or "on chat" for the weekends, due a got a few doubts on Friday and got stuck until Monday, not a big deal, but to take in mind if will be taking one of their plans. No put 5 stars just for that and coz just only 4 days of testing it. Will update if continue using it in future.

Amazing app, especially for a beginner like me. So simple no coding, a lot of customization. The help center team are supper friendly with expertise. Issues resolved on spot or max by next day . Before I came to know about GEMPAGES . I spend almost 2 months designing my homepage. BUT with GEMPAGES App it toke me less than 4 days (on trial period) to publish my homepage. I really recommend it .

This app is very helpful. We use it to customize our pages on Shopify, because the Shopify pages customization are very limited, even the blog pages. Also, the supports were very helpful. we understand that there are time difference that's why they can't reply right away but they make sure to have a follow up via email or leave the chat back open, unlike other support that close the ticket once you've been idle for few minutes. Awesome! Awesome! I've tried so many different website builders and page makers :3 years on Wix designing and refining my website everyday , 12 different shopify templates from Themeforest, Duda, Word press, Shogun, SquareSpace, Big commerce but none comes remotely close to GemPages in designing beautiful pages. The support is phenomenal, and the app is easy to learn. Did I mention it makes beautiful and fast loading pages? I'm so happy that I can finally finish and launch my website this week!

GemPages is the easiest drag & drop page builder that I've worked with. I had specific needs for my landing pages which required some coding & more advanced configuration, and Gem's support team were very responsive & helpful! will definitely recommend to other Shopify users.
