Really easy app to use, very competitive on pricing for a UK based store. Definitely worth a look, I changed my original suppler after hearing a podcast about this company, then doing my own research.

Everything worked well for a while, but once we hit December, Gelato started missing ship/delivery dates. We have orders placed a month ago that still haven't shipped. Their customer support apologized and told us to check each order's updated estimated delivery date. Of course, that's meaningless because Gelato simply kept updating the delivery date later and later. Use this app if you'd like hundreds of angry customers wondering where their orders are weeks later.

Very easy to use. It is fantastic. I recommend it.

Print quality second to none. Super easy to navigate and add new products and I say that as a complete novice! The biggest thing though is the resources available to help grow your business and the exceptional, responsive customer service team.

We are thrilled we found Gelato! We are brand new to print on demand, and Gelato is so easy to use! There was a slight learning curve, but we are much better at using the product interfaces now! It is super easy to set up & get going. Local area deliveries - Get in. Just what I was looking for. Other apps for print on demand don't hold a candle to Gelato
