Hat uns fast einen ganzen Tag den Checkout vom Webshop blockiert. Mussten mithilfe des Shopify Support Chat erstmal drauf kommen, dass uns diese App das beschert hat. Dadurch ist uns ein Tagesumsatz verloren gegangen, von den Kosten für die Werbung und Traffic, der somit ins Nichts geführt hat ganz zu schweigen. Äußerst ärgerlich!

Sehr gute und einfache Handhabung. Das was man sich von einer Shopify App wünscht. Einfach und funktional. Support war schnell erreichbar um den um Fragen zu klären. Auch hier langte ein klick und mein Anliegen war gelöst. Sehr empfehlenswert weil einfach und gut.

GDPR Legal Cookie kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Ich hatte bei der Einrichtung ein Darstellungsproblem. Support angeschrieben Samstag Abend und am Sonntag früh schon die erste Info zum Problem bekommen. Ein Tag später wurde das Problem gelöst. Der Support ist erstklassig, zu mal es eine Herausforderung ist das Tool Datenschutzrechtlich up to date zu halten. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Sehr guter Kundenservice! anfängliche Probleme mit Googles reCaptcha gehabt, dann allerdings vom Support innerhalb von 24h ausführlichst über das Thema aufgeklärt worden. Bedienung sehr einfach und inutiv. Viele Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten.

Genau die richtige App für richtiges Cookie Consent. Einfach zu installieren und customizen. Unter allen Alternativen die beste Wahl. TOP!

This app is a disaster. At first sight everything looks good and with the "normal" cookies everything works fine. But how it works with the Facebook pixel is a disaster. First we were very kindly helped by the support with a code hack for publishing the pixel on the checkout process. Since our Facebook Ads had worked worse and worse, we went on a search. This app or even the hack delivered completely wrong data to the Facebook pixel. In the end he counted every purchase three times. We have been waiting for a reply from beeclever for days now. Hands off, if you use the Facebook pixel.

The app works perfectly. It's easy to configure and loads really fast. Also the support is very good and really quick.

I have had a very good experience with the customer care of beeclever. They are very nice and supportive. Customer care is the most important aspect of every business in my opinion.

Funzt gut nur auf der mobile Version wen ich es z.b mit dem Handy öffnen mag funzt nicht ansonsten sehr zum empfehlen oder gibt es irgendwelche codes noch ?

Support is good and fast but app is very pricey. And what I write now is just to get to the 100 characters required.

Hier fehlt nicht, einfache Installation, schnell eingerichtet und vor allem es entspricht den EU-Cookie-Richtlinie in Deutschland.

Perfekt auf die Bedürfnisse in D-land abgestimmt. Keine andere App ist derzeit auf dem benötigten GDPR-konformen Stand. Der Support war super schnell und hilfreich und nach anfänglichen Startschwierigkeiten konnte ich die App auch aktivieren. Jetzt läuft sie wunderbar wie sie soll und man kann sie sogar customizen. Super auch, dass sie die Trackings anzeigt die aktuell installiert sind. Wenn sie jetzt noch automatisch neu hinzugefügte Apps / Trackings erkennen würde um diese automatisch in das Listing aufzunehmen, wäre sie perfekt!
