LOVE GATSBY - The best platform for email capture from socials. Highly recommend. Great customer services. Great Founder. This makes social media so much more successful as followers don't always translate into buyers. But when you provide value, you can make things pop!

Tracking the content of over 100,000 affiliates in our Evry Insider program was extremely time-consuming and nearly impossible. Evry needed a scalable way to encourage affiliates to create more UGC and track engagement. Gatsby’s integration with Klaviyo and GoAffPro has been a big win for Evry Jewels. It has allowed us to seamlessly add social incentives to our affiliate program. Gatsby has not only helped us effortlessly track content and identify our best-performing creators, but also enabled us to set up rewards that motivate them to keep creating! Now, our affiliates and ambassadors can engage with the brand and earn rewards for sharing us with their friends and followers on Instagram and TikTok—in addition to the sales they generate through their GoAffPro referral link—with just a few clicks. I heard about Gatsby on a podcast and I had to try it. It's been a game changer on our first Instagram giveaway with it, allowing us to easily collect email addresses and sync them up to our email platform Klaviyo as well as the benefit of this Shopify integration we can get sales data and see first-hand the ROI on email addresses picked up with Gatsby. We can also track/reward/email followers who tag us in stories which is awesome. The founder was hands-on helping me set up my first campaign but you'll soon realise it is extremely easy to do yourself.

Gatsby has been incredibly valuable towards optimizing our customer acquisition funnel. Their team's support has been helpful whenever we've needed anything. We're excited to keep using Gatsby as we continue to grow our ecom biz and socials.

If you're trying to grow your list, Gatsby is a must. Available support is top-notch.

Gatsby solves a major need for us - while Instagram is a major community channel for us, we have over 150,000 Instagram followers, and no way to control if or how they get our content. Getting these followers subscribed to our owned channels like Klaviyo email and SMS is a major opportunity to convert them to customers. Gatsby couldn't have come at a better time, big fans of the product and team. Great support and product.

Would highly recommend to anyone who has a social presence that they want to convert to real customers. Our entire experience thus far has been great. From having our initial introduction done by the founder himself, to the intuitive and highly useful features that we have implemented into our marketing plan, I can't recommend this app enough.

Solves a major gap by giving easy to use keyword automation for converting social followers onto your email/sms list. The set up was extremely simple and Brett's onboarding call made sure everything was dialed and ready to rock. Very excited to experiment with Gatsby and see how many cool things we can do with keywords, etc. Wish this was around years ago!

This app adds huge value to our pet brand... The Klaviyo/Instagram integration empowers our brand to scale our email marketing via our brand's most exposed social channel: Instagram. Our brand is able to collect emails from users who send us keyword triggers. Usually, this is something that is reserved for enterprise brands. However, with Gatsby, this power has been given to brands of all sizes to maximize our engagement and revenue potential with our audience. Can't recommend enough giving this app a try. This is so fun! We use ManyChat too but they don't offer any kind of Klaviyo integration like this. Gatsby's new DM feature is allowing us to get more value out of our active Instagram community by turning those followers into sms subscribers. We were already Gatsby clients for tracking UGC and their Klaviyo flows for ambassadors so we had early access to the beta of their new DM feature, and blown away is all I can say. We were able to start collecting SMS subscribers from Instagram DMs within minutes of them turning this feature on for us. Its super smooth and really easy to turn around. I just launched an Instagram giveaway to start collecting more subscribers, and I'll update the review later with performance metrics but I've heard from others how successful its been - so I'm STOKED! The only thing it's missing is the ability to trigger DMs when someone leaves us a comment but they said they're working on it. If you're active on Instagram or Klaviyo, download Gatsby!

Gatsby has been an impressive app for a few years now. What really sets this software apart is the commitment to ongoing development and evolution in a direction that makes sense for customers. We have been impressed with the willingness of Brett and the Gatsby team to continue to incorporate new features that drive value for our brand. I'm optimistic that things will continue to improve. With the continual push toward influencers supporting brands, this is a necessary tool for anyone in DTC to make their brand relevant. I'd highly recommend using Gatsby and building your Ambassador / Referral / Influencer program!

Great way to keep track of tagged content across Instagram. The integration with Klaviyo and Shopify is as close to seamless and perfect as you can get! The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that sometimes though content is visible and available from creators, the download button just doesn't work. I can only imagine the sheer volume of video and photo data it is processing on a near constant basis that may cause this - but it's been a great addition to our UGC handbook.

We recently found this app and think it is genius in its approach to helping brands manage IG interactions, brand ambassadors, keeping up with IG posts, and nurturing influencers. The app is unique and stands out because they have thought of and integrated so many solutions for merchants looking to harness their own social media opportunities. It streamlines what is otherwise cumbersome to do manually. Love their integrations with top email platforms. Brett, the founder and developer of the app, has offered us great customer service, for which we are very thankful and has gone out of his way to help us get up and running on the app. Highly recommend not only for the app itself and all it offers, but, because of their great, responsive, personal customer service.
