As my business is an SME, I was looking for a customizable app with a free plan. This app is amazing. Especially its free package meets all my needs. I have been satisfied with the app so far.

We've used this app on all three of our stores and have had great service. The app is very user friendly and they are very responsive on chat.

Used the app, was pretty average. Someone who worked in my website wrote a Full 5 Star review about this app, i removed it and gave my honest opinion!

A few months ago, I had chosen an app to help make invoice management easier, but I did not choose this app at that time. However, now.. my previous app does not meet my requirements and its price is too high. In contrast, this app's free version has almost the necessary features and their customer support service is excellent. Will be using it in the long term. Thanks :)

Ive tried many apps and stayed with this app. First of all I really appreciate that it is free when you have 300 orders/month and 300 draft orders/month ,this really helps you out when you are just starting your business. The customer service is excellent, I had an issue that I could not figure out and they sent me screenshots of how I could fix it. Thanks!

At first, the FAQs section can definitely address basic issues. However, we need deeper help from Customer Service when experiencing some minor issues with the app. The support staff is being incredibly quick and helpful. So far we are very happy with the app.

Quite easy to configure PDF invoices. But more than that, they have a fantastic support team that helped me out setting up multi-lingual invoices and adding additional VAT info (which wasn't as straightforward as hoped, but they did helped me a lot to implement it the way I wanted to). Fantastic team.

Initially, we downloaded the app but couldn't find the feature we needed. However, Phoebe, a member of the support team, appeared immediately and assisted us in identifying that feature. It was wonderful to have her support. Now we can use the app as we desire.
