Reviews for Fontify: Google & Custom Fonts

Since we needed a custom font for our brand, we installed Fontify to keep it simple. The uploading worked fine, however I had some issue with the font Kerning and size. Anna helped me by adjusting the code and now it's perfect!

The support is super fast and reliable. Highly recommended! We are satisfied with the app, because it fulfills everything regarding the font types.

Our experience with using Fontify has been excellent. It's super easy to integrate into the store and add new fonts which creates a holistic brand image. We encountered an issue with our uploaded font not being applied to h3 tags and found Susan in customer service to be very knowledge, understanding and helpful in supporting to resolve the issue.

Brilliant app! It helps to make small changes to achieve great difference. Customer services saved my day, Thanks to David for his knowledge and willing to help.

Way too hard to un-install. I followed their official uninstallation guide. Deleted each custom font and then uninstalled the app. But somehow the font CSS rules are still applying. You have to go edit your own theme and remove the chunks they added. Avoid this app. You can do everything just using CSS in your theme.

In het begin werd er verteld dat ik in drie simpele stappen mijn eigen font kon doorvoeren in mijn webshop. Dit ging niet meteen goed en vandaar dat ik geen 5 sterren geef. Toen ik met mijn vraag naar de klantenservice ging hielpen ze mij goed, nu is alles geregeld!

Super App, um die Problematik mit Google Fonts und der DSVGO zu lösen. Hierfür einfach die Premium Version kaufen und eine Schriftart hochladen. Die Schriftart wird dann nicht mehr von Google Servern geladen. Es können trotzdem weiterhin die Google Fonts genutzt werden (Font bei Google runterladen und in der App hochladen).

Susan was incredible. Honestly the most helpful person I've worked with and this app is ridiculously great. I like to overhaul my site and uploading new fonts is tedious/CSS heavy especially when working with a theme that's hard to override. This thing does all the work for you. Definitely recommend.

This app is great in assisting with different fonts that are not normally available on shopify, that tech support is also great in resolving issues that i have, i recommend this app for anyone who wants to improve the quality of their store.

Anna's support was amazing! The app functionality not so much. I wasted a lot of time following instructions, again and again, and nothing was happening. The first girl that try to help me seemed like didn't actually have the skills and knowledge to actually help, I wasted a lot of time talking to her. Anna instead, resolved all my issues in just a few minutes, and she was very kind, my site looks perfect now thanks to her, but the app wasn't functional nor user friendly at all for me but at the end I got the results I was looking for.

I was frustratingly messing with the colors in my theme to get my custom font to change to white for "body" messages and after 3+ hours I gave up. I decided as a last ditch effort to send a request to the Fontify support team. Within seconds Susan contacted me and helped me with my problem. This was my first collaboration request and Susan was extremely patient and clear. She double checked and clarified everything on every step. I have to say bravo to her customer service, polite and efficient! The APP also works extremely well and is easy to use. Have had no hiccups with it at all!

This app is sick. It can change the whole look of your website and give it a more customizable professional look with custom fonts. The support is also great David help me get everything set up.

Great app! Although the fonts are having trouble syncing with my website. Luckily, chat support is great. Susan was prompt in making the needed adjustments. She instantly relieved my frustration.
