This app is AMAZINGLY USEFULL and A BREEZE TO USE. With some 4,012 different products, I downloaded my entire site, fully indexed pages with all product images, in less than 20 minutes. (It could have been 5, as came back to my laptop in about 20 and it was already done.) I highly recommend to all Shopify users.

Incredible! We updated our background color - which made it obvious which photos didn't have transparent backgrounds. So, we needed to download all of our photos to remove the backgrounds from the ones that needed it. While I believe this needs to be a feature that Shopify builds in directly (along with a bunch of other features that shouldn't require paid apps), it was refreshing to stumble across this free app that did exactly what I needed it to do. Download this app if you need your files for any reason, you won't regret it.

very useful for downloading all files from shopify (which they dont allow you to do natively). one click installation, one click export. really nice! Thank you for developing this app.

AWESOME, downloaded 1.5GB shopify site in 5 minutes. All possible issues that would prevent the app from working seem to have been resolved by the developer.

i mean it does exactly what it says it does. when you open the zip file, all your product files are in nice little folders titled with the name of the product. very clean. shopify really should have this built in

Thanks so much for making an app to do what Shopify should be doing for us as an included part of their platform! Everyone should tell Shopify this is a required functionality they need to implement. In the meantime - I learned about your app via a Shopify support thread, where you posted a comment about your new app created to help us. Thank you!! I downloaded your app, and it has a single button -- "download files." :-) I clicked the button, and it appears that all of my files have been downloaded. I didn't see any missing files when I did a random check. I had 378 files for a total of about 60MB. The download was very quick. Again, thanks for this app! It fills a hole left by Shopify. cheers, c-

Super fast, super easy. Find it hard to write minimum 100 characters for an app that does just what it says it will!

As the first review said: "Thanks so much for making an app to do what Shopify should be doing for us as an included part of their platform!". It's such an obvious function that should be available by default in Files, but I had to go searching for solutions, and eventually found on the forums that Filey had launched just couple of days ago. For me, it worked perfectly with one click - 5 stars for functionality! However, I didn't like the fact that app wants access to store owner contact info. So functionality 5 stars, privacy 0, but still, thank you very much to the developer! :)
