I've just started using this app on my boutique. It has been very helpful already. The feature I currently like most is Shopper Journeys. Being able to see where my active shoppers are going to directly and the likelihood of purchasing is amazing. All data like this for small businesses is crucial to me, knowing what I can improve, what inventory to buy more, etc. Will update this review once I start using it more.

Really like the app. Simple and has alot of features. I especially like that you can add videos to the app which makes it more powerful

Love the simplicity, ease of use, and feature set of this app for product reviews. People's time is valuable so it's great to be able to incentivize them for their time!

I just started using this app. I like the flexibility it has to do automated campaigns and one-offs. I also like the verified customer feature. It also helped me understand my customers journey. The way the reviews display on the website is very nice. So far so good Fera!

Great app! I added it to my store for the product counter widget but just discovered it has so many more features! Truly a multipurpose application

Great app. Very easy to use and looks good in my store. I also like that you can place the review tab wherever it fits best on your product page. Not many apps allow you to do that. The only thing I would suggest is adding a feature that would allow you to customise the colours in your review email. I had to reach out to customer support to have that updated. They responded very quickly but it would be nicer if you could simply do that yourself. (You can change it yourself but you need to edit the code and not everyone is very good with this.)

This app is awesome! It allows my customers to easily write a review on my products. It is also really simple to approve or deny reviews. I definitely recommend this app to every online store owner. It allows your customer to view your store's credibility!

Gera Product reviews is a powerful app yet remains super simple to use and get going. I was up and running within 30minutes and I am not a developer

Really great application for collecting reviews and provide discount codes to customers that reviewed the store. With additional functions such as photo reviews and video reviews to give different types of discounts.
