I think the app is great. It is very easy to use and I love that it has a campaign manager that allows me to reach out to past and future customers for a review!

I just started using this App, so far it's doing it's thing. I like that the customers are able to post pics and videos. Also Holden from Fera, walked me through everything and made the desired adjustments. Thanks Holden, you're the best!

I have been using Fera for approximately 2 months now. I had Loox before, but decided to give Fera a try, because they were less expensive. I have not regretted it since. This App is amazing, easy to use, and just what i need for my business. I have not had any technical issues since i installed the App, so i can't write on customer service, but so far so good. Definitely 5 stars deserved!

Fera has been amazing thus far! Its exactly what I need to show, track and ask for reviews. I can't wait to continue to pursue new reviews with Fera.

I've been using this app for over a year. It's been a great experience. Although they add more and more features every month, they manage not to break any of the old ones I've set up a year ago. Which is amazing for such a complex product. Great support teams as well!

I used this app to submit a request for reviews for my store. It was so easy to do. I do wish there was a way to better customize the messages but otherwise, it was really nice.
