Great app for various functions. Love the ability to filter so thoroughly - based on customer's location, or based on variant in the cart etc etc. And many nice widgets with full customization!

We have been using another customer review app and have been looking for a replacement that has a more modern approach as well is easier to operate. And we learned about Fera and immediately fell in love. It was super easy to set up and customize to our needs. We had a few small questions about our implementation and the team was super responsive and helpful and had all our questions sorted out the next day. Currently use the app to request customer reviews for verified purchases and star badges on the website. Sometimes it can be a little effort to get it where we want it to be, but their support is excellent. Happy we chose Fera

I downloaded my Etsy reviews into Shuttle, and from there was able to export and import them into Fera for Shopify. It just worked nicely. Then I could set up automatic reminders to help encourage new photo and video uploads with a discount code, the team helped me setup and I could test to make sure the discount code worked.

OMG! Best customer service ever! Even on saturday and sunday. Roel and Holden were awesome. Thank you very much guys. Plus, this app blends perfectly on my webpage. You can customize it and it looks just beautiful. Best review app ever!!

I use this App for Reviews only. it would be great if the app also had email/pop ups .. then it would cover everything in 1 app

Works great! I takes a little time to set up the widgets when you customise them, but the app is very user friendly. Installed yesterday and got my first 10 reviews already!

I love this app. It has helped with my site conversion and creating trust between happy previous clients and new clients coming in. I love how their stories can be shared and help someone else find the right service for themselves. I'm realllllyy happy with this app. I know there are alot of these around but after a lot of research I love the way this one is performing after the 4 months of having it :)

Wow! Where has Fera been all my life!? Before finding this app my reviews were very hard to find. My customers had to go to my shop page, scroll down to descriptions, see the small "reviews" text and click it to see others reviews and then click a second "review" text to leave a review. We have incredible reviews from our customers and I wanted them displayed front and center on the Home Page, by simply clicking on the average rating badge (stars) as well as on the product page. But the app I was using couldn't do this. I was about to design a new page to manually write out and display all of our reviews, which would not keep up with new reviews unless I manually added them. Fera to the rescue. They hit all the boxes and instantly imported all of the reviews I already have. I can even add my customer's photos to the reviews, which was not an available option to them before. If you have any questions at all, reaching out to their customer support made all the difference. Something that would have taken me a week was done in minutes. I highly recommend using Fera.
