Reviews for Fera Product Reviews App

Ive used several apps for review in my 6 years of business. Fera has blown away the completion in its user friendly application. This is the easiest and most aesthetic app I've used yet. 10/10

For some reason this app ignores store configuration and lists product prices in USD. Nowhere in the app configuration could I find a resolution for this.

So far, the app has done what it said it would. Can't wait to use all the features to their fullest and see how it benefitsmy store first hand.

They solved my issue right away. Very happy with their service and overall app functionality and integration.

Just installed it, and so far so good. I like the layout and it's very straightforward and easy to use (even for a beginner like me!). There aren't many apps that allows for just store review, so I'm really pleased that it's working well! The response from the team was really quick too.

Tutorials are great, on brand with my store. And I was all set up in 30 minutes. Even have my first review already!

Super easy to set up. We are only two weeks old but the first couple reviews have started to come and our clients had no issues submitting the reviews.

Possibly the best-designed Reviews App by far for Shopify. The advanced incentive as part of the review flow is absolutely delightful and a game-changer. And so damn easy to use. Beautiful UI. And instant chat support. Very good experience.

Customer service is fantastic. Every time I have a small issue, they are quick to respond and fix the problem! They have even gone out of their way to update some features of my widgets to make it more cohesive with the page, which was just above and beyond. All of my store's previous reviews were on Google, so this app has been enormously helpful to be able to display those reviews on our new site.

Absolutely the best app for Shopify. Beats the others by far. With the advanced incentive as part of the review, this is by far the best reviews app for Shopify

Customer service has been great. I was having trouble using the Reviews App, but they were very responsive and help me through the entire process! It was a huge help.
