I am very new to the entire Shopify platform so there are so many things I don't know how to do or how to use. I started using Fera a few weeks ago and I am currently on their one year free trial. Like I said, I'm a total newbie so at first, there were a few things I didn't know how to tweak in Fera but I eventually managed to learn because the platform is user-friendly and thankfully, they have a very fast and responsive customer service! There are even times when the agents themselves manually edit the code because I don't know how to do it. I didn't even have to ask, they just went straight to solving the problem I described. I highly recommend this app!

Fera is an interesting app with lots of useful features. We're still learning and testing it out, but it seems to already improve the conversion rate and bottom line. We did some testing versus other apps in the same category, and Fera seems better and with more options than most of them. We were also happy with the user experience and the great personal support and help that we got!

Very easy to use and very well organized for user like me who are new and performing the setup for the first time. I wish I can generate the enough review from customers and have long list of customers so can opt for subscription offer soon. :)

Great for small businesses! I have an online shop with Shopify that sends automation emails to prompt clients to send in reviews while they also are sent an incentive for doing so.

I just started using this app, but so far, I love it!!! When I first started looking for a review app, I almost went with one more costly, but they had tons of restrictions. So, I love that this app allows you to use great features at a low cost.

Amazing app, amazing features, amazing support. I just sent them a message to let them know how great of an app they have developed (and still are). They understand e-merchants and consumer needs and allow us to test a multitude of valuable features to increase authority, trust, social proof, scarcity and ultimately sales. They have almost anything you need and whenever you have an issue they are there for you in a matter of minutes. They do all the adjustments for you no questions asked and the results are always great!

So far so good. Does exactly what I need it to do. I've been looking for a way to easily integrate reviews and this does the trick.

Top to bottom the app is pretty clean, for UX to features the App really does bring a lot to the table.
