Good app! and the customer support is really really good! I would suggest adding more options when it comes to customization the look and feel!

I have been using it for few weeks now and I was able to add my first customer opinions manually, what is great because I had few customers before I found FERA App. You can create campaigns and decide when do you want to send the mail to ask for the review, what helps a lot. And I also love that the app has got the possibility of adding photos, and a title to the description.

I used this app to help me show social proof. I had a decent amount of traffic but just couldn't convert people to paying customers. The app seemed to have helped tip the balance with reviews and a sense of limited availability.

I have used many apps since I have been on Shopify and honestly none have ever made me want to give a review! This is a must have app! The widgets and apps are easy to install, and its a reasonable price compared to other apps that to me don't even provide the amount of features this one does.

I installed the app and had issues with it importing reviews. I followed all instructions however its not working. I lodged an enquiry in the chat, it's been 5 hours and it's still not resolved. Getting a response is at least a 30min wait (it says someone will respond in a few min, unfortunately thats not true) and then a reply after is approx 20 to 30minutes. It's now 2:30am. Issue isnt resolved. I've got smile and yotpo and the responses are much faster, it appears the fera team is either really small and need more online agents or just not as responsive, either way the customer doesnt get assistance. So far it's been a poor experience.

Day 1. So far, so good. Customer support is very good. Widget installation was very easy, given how much trouble I've had in the past with similar review apps.
