they don't let you know that trial has ended + they coruppted all the search results. i lost a lot of sales because this app decided to show my customers empty pages when my trial has ended ( before i installed the app my search was good) that's a very bad behaviour ,and the owner of this app probably seeing $$$$ as the only metric and don't care about the users

Easy to install and very happy with the results. Much better than the shopify search originally on my store. Love being able to filter results too.

Instant Search works right out of the box. It's very easy to install and gives excellent results as you type. I like that you can also add some specific keywords to show specific products. What I like less is their interface. It's ugly and I wish they would use Shopify's framework to make a more user friendly layout. It really doesn't want to go in and customize all of your options. Another bummer is that the lower plan only allows you to see the last 30 days of stats. Knowing what keywords were the most searched in the last year or last 6 months would be great... but I'm not going to pay an extra 60$+ per month for that option. Overall, it does what it says and it does it well. My visitors use it more than I though.

This app is a must-have for your online store. I can't be any clearer than that!

Great product even with having to deal with our products which can be difficult to search for. Also the customer service is very responsive to every question and concern. Great team and product.

Very buggy app. Very poor theme integration. Doesn't adapt to mobile site version at all. Requires an insane amount of customization and tweaking to integrate. Doesn't draw from current theme style sheets. Nickle-and-dimes you for every feature. One star is honestly generous for this product. Why would anybody use this? In place of their monthly fees I would strongly recommend a written apology to their customers for wasting their time.

Great APP!!! Extremely easy to set up and get running! It changes the whole search dynamic and makes it much more user friendly than Shopify's generic search function! Great customization features! Would recommend this to anyone looking to help their customers get to the right product quickly.

If you're looking for a multifunctionality free search app in lieu of your Shopify theme's native search feature, this app is just the ticket. We were pleasantly surprised to discover so many useful features in the back end and the store front end. Features that you'd normally never expect to be found in a free app. Moreover, our questions to the developer about using the app were promptly answered. We can definitely recommend Instant Search +.

Excellent customer service, Great product, and Lightning fast smart search filter. This app is by far the best search filter.

I enjoyed this addon until I realized I wasn't receiving what I needed from it at the $20 a month price point. Support said I didn't really matter to them because we are a new shop with low traffic so they would discount their plan for what we needed to $30 a month. After being told "You won't really make us any money." I switched to Smart Search & Instant Search. That costs me $18 a month and does everything I need that Instant Search + wants $90 a month for! Their addon works alright if you don't mind tossing money into a black hole and having support tell you that you aren't important. Also if you sign up for a year subscription and try to cancel they try to make it sound like you shouldn't get a refund because of some hotel analogy. Just avoid this company!

Fast, powerful and great value for money, this is a MUST HAVE app for any store, looking at the old search from Shopify now makes it feel like going from stone age tech to the 21st century.
