This app triggered an 'automation' violation in my Facebook Business Suite. Disabling/restricting my Facebook Ads and Business account without any recourse from Facebook. Now I can't connect Shopify or run any ads. Garbage!

Support through the Facebook app was awesome. All previous restrictions were lifted after a support ticket which was created in the FB app within the Shopify environment. we no more any issues in our account. So we can benefit all features again now

Lets face it no one would use this if there was an alternative. interface is clunky and full of bugs.

Hello, I'm confused about why my Instagram and Facebook accounts are under review. It's been like this for quite a while, and I don't understand why. I am unsure how to correct whatever issue you think there is. I have removed the man's swimwear from my store that you say is offensive! I don't understand what's offensive, as Facebook allows women's swimwear that shows much less! I want my restriction lifted from my account, please.

Da Shops aus Österreich jedoch nicht mehr unterstützt werden, ist die App für uns kaum noch sinnvoll. Trotz hoher Werbekosten werden Werbekonten ohne ersichtlichen Grund eingeschränkt. Das erschwert die Arbeit für Shops in Österreich erheblich. Im Vergleich: Bei TikTok können zumindest kostenlos Produktlinks zu Videos hinzugefügt werden – bei Meta hingegen muss man für den blauen Haken bezahlen, um überhaupt zwei Links setzen zu dürfen.

Instead of making me jump backwards through hoops trying to work through various settings on both the Shopify and Meta side to try and get this to work, could you not just have stated up front that Shops on Meta are not available in New Zealand. An hour of my time I'll never get back...!

Implemented this into my shop and I went from sales only from people I met to Daily sales. So excited to finally be making progress in my business.

some of my products are not showing up and they are not rejected so I don't know what the issue is. they are supposed to be showing up on the sales channel and they are not. Then when I go to my commerce center, the previews wont even load so I am not completely happy , also I am trying to edit the products that were rejected for size reasons, but they are one size and I did specify them.

app was incredibly difficult to deal with. it was not intuitive at all, had bugs EVERYWHERE, add was a nightmare trying to connect to. For the love of god please fix and simplify this. the connect account butting was totally broken. being able to use these seamlessly is very important. Also, i find the main Meta page to be WAY too cluttered. its impossible to navigate and find what you are looking for and the walk through and tutorials are outdated and don't help much due to all the changes.

We set up the app, it synchronised every product and then our Commerce account got banned on Facebook. Permanently banned. 14 years of work down the drain!

que fuera mas facil solucionar los problemas de este canal de ventas y que el equipo de soporte entrege la solucion sin derivar a otras areas y al final terminanr en el mismo lugar, sin una solucion
