Meta is just absolute crap and a massive headache for every single steps that should be easy. To try and start just simply advertise from your Facebook page and get the ad data connected to your shopify is taking me days. First the meta business page was lagging and bugging making me do the same rhings over and over, then once I finally manage to create the pixel and went to install the Facebook and instagram app on my shopify, it started to bug again. After 4 time uninstalling et re installing that horrible app, I managed to connect my store after creating a facebook business account ( thought just my page with my facebook account would be enough but no, has to be another dam account ) DAMM ! I thought I'd be ok then but NOOOO Facebook restricted my business account, probably because its too new ( which doesn't make sense really), I am now unable to complete the connection settings between shopify and facebook and have to wait 24h for a review after providing a code received on my phone and my identity document photo. This is really a joke considering how much money that business is doing, they can't even make basic settings simple for people, they over complicate everything and cross everything together making you go back and forth between platforms non stop for a very simple task. All I wanted was to see the results of my advertising with shopify, nothing else. If I ever manage to get to the point where facebook let me advertise and the connection with shopify works ( pretty sure something will go wrong again) I surely WON'T authorise facebook to sell my products directly on my facebook page because I bet you these sales will be catastrophic and customers will run away, surely there will be problems with payment and order fulfillment etc. A shame from start to finish

I'm using Facebook & Instagram last 10 years and I like them?

Please contact Facebook and verify my account.

Instagram is very engaging. It is easier to use than FB business page. I find FB business page a little more difficult to use as a selling platform. It is good for information about my business to direct them to my actual website but so far I am not sure I can use it to sell from. I primarily use FB Marketplace until I figure it all out.

Pois eu sou Ana Paula Lima e estou começando agora com a nova loja BrandsStyle, E estou usando app Facebook e Instagram na minha Loja Shopify, mas estou observando que uma mensagem do app Facebook & Instagram, dentro do acesso com a plataforma Shopify descrevendo assim, ( Este app precisa de atenção Facebook & Instagram have issues that need your attention. Visit their sales channel to resolve them.) Pois bem eu acessei app à alguns dias atras para finalizar a verificação e eu ja enviei os DOCUMENTOS e Deu certo., pois no acesso em meu celular descreve como já em ((fase de analise de loja para conclusão) uma imagem azul ao lado do meu gerenciador de comercio, Ana Paula, Shopify: Brandsstyleltd 17038...) Mas ainda o sistema plataforma shopify app facebook e instagram ainda volta pedir documentos, como se eu nao tivesse feito nada, que é um absurdo pois eu ja enviei sim os documentos. Poderia dizer porque o sistema com acesso pc nao dar a mesma resposta com acesso no telefone? é so uma curiosidade minha por que o sistema app facebook e instagram deveria funcionar em tempo online como no acesso com telefone celular. foi super tranquilo fazer o cadastro

Hi, i have a big problem with this app. Whit this app my FBpixel collect events only if my shop is setting on the defaul domain. If I set the shop to use my own activity domain (a third party domain), the pixel stop collect event. Anyone can help me? I tried to install/reinstall/clean business manager/verify domain/eliminate cookie banner. Nothing worked. I'm disheartened.
