Dear Metas, Despite making extensive revisions to my product descriptions—removing even legally permissible health claims—my products continue to be rejected. This has made it nearly impossible to advertise effectively on your platform. I adhere strictly to Swedish regulations, yet Meta’s policies seem to prevent me from communicating any meaningful information about my products. If compliance means I cannot describe the benefits at all, I am left with nothing to sell. As a result, I will be reconsidering my use of Meta as an advertising platform, as the constant rejections make it unreasonably difficult to conduct business. I would appreciate clear guidance on how to present my products without facing repeated rejections.

L'application Facebook & Instagram pour Shopify est une bonne idée en théorie, mais je rencontre plusieurs problèmes dans son utilisation. La synchronisation des produits avec Instagram ne fonctionne pas correctement, et il semble y avoir des doublons ou des comptes qui interfèrent avec le bon fonctionnement de ma boutique. Malgré les efforts pour résoudre les problèmes, les erreurs persistantes, ce qui me fait perdre beaucoup de temps. Je pense que cette application a du potentiel, mais elle nécessite des améliorations pour être plus. intuitif et fiable.

Why do we always have a problem with you about out products. You keep rejecting our product but you allow other companies have there product listed. With their product there is more sexual content and you can make our the models cock. Yet you reject ours for being overly sexual. Poor service on your end Meta.

I have been trying to link my shopify store to my facebook for over a year now and I am still having the same problems
