had a good experience when setting up the pixel app via shopify. i'm hoping that this will increase sales and all new customers to shop my hair store

I continue to have issues setting this app up. I'll do it, and then it'll become disconnected from my account. Works well when it's connected though.

App will not connect, No support, won't return emails, this is a complete nightmare, good luck trying this app.

I used app to add products to sell via instagram shop. needs to be simpler. Couldn't edit items easily

This will not work on a Shopify Lite plan ($9/month) which is exactly the plan we chose specifically to sell through Facebook and instagram. This channel has replace the Facebook Shop channel, which DID work on the $9 plan, but alas, that is no longer available on the app store. Good bye Shopify account, uninstalling.
