When editing the description, it just completely deletes one random variant name, and then prevents me from being able to edit it back. Useless.

I navigated the process, it seems overly complex between on parties. The help menus from shopify did NOT match the steps on FB and vice verse.

This was a very easy setup. I was a little anxious to start but you made it easy. I am ready to get on with selling.

It is good experience. If the local Market channel of face book, is accessable to place product ads.

Price of ads for new bizniz is not affordable. I hope FB will help us survive as a new business. Sooner a higher price can be charged when bizniz is stable.

So Easy and I am not very tech saavy but it is like 123. The functionality is easy for the average person to use and understand. There are many features that help you expand and reach a new audience.

I found the app intuitive until it got to the point of setting up a commerce account. The messaging made me think that I already had a commerce account and that it was going to be deleted...not the case. I had to go to facebook and check before I completed this section.

I used this app to assist in me marketing my business. It was very easy steps. I did not have any issues following the steps to complete the process.

I am not entirely certain what rights Facebook receives by setting up this Facebook channel - no doubt they were outlined during the enrollment process, but I didn't pay close attention. It seemed some permissions I was unwilling to give - and probably didn't understand - were for set up - As I need this kind of help and basically trust Facebook I went along with the program. Let's see the results!

Great! I love Facebook! Very easy to set up and integrate into my Shopify store, only took me 5 minutes.

This App is so poor only install if a) you are prepared to spend a lot of time attending to it, and b) are a highly experienced operator of Facebook Business Manager: multiple issues on setting up - then when set up is finally accomplished, ongoing random changes appear to the settings requiring further attention. Shopify Support of limited help as unable to access Facebook side of things to marry up. Not worth even one star.
