Works a treat with the combined Instagram as well. It was a nightmare getting Business Manager, Business Page & the FaceBook catalogue synced altogether as mine was jumbled up! But I got it done in the end somehow...

It's a lot better connecting to the different sales channels via shopify and instagram than it use to be.. Good job - I will wait and see the actual changes in the different platforms... In the meantime, great job.

I find that they sometimes block my ads and block me out of my account and then I don’t know why and it takes weeks to rectify. So I find it difficult to keep them happy. I also don’t quite understand how the boost works. Sometimes it tells me that I ran out of funds but then the amount spent is not even close to what the budget was. That’s confusing. But the support is very helpful and friendly and has always sorted out my problems.

Maybe it is me being new to this but some things are confusing. Generally is ok. FB shop approval on my other account is taking more then 4 weeks now and is thus not very efficient.

I am not very technical, so I greatly appreciate how easy it was to navigate the app. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was very easy to set up no problems. You could shorten what you want people to say in this box to continue.

My all products comply with the policy but why can't my Facebook shop published. In the Instagram shop approved but why in commerce account not approved all things good but why I can not do the final setup.

I am changing my review to 5 stars because apparently, things got much better now. A few months ago I got conflicting information from the support representative, and I had to dig a lot on my own, and it was an issue on the app side, and lack of proper description on allowing checkout at facebook or on shopify. We are pass that and the current upgrade works great.

trying it for first time look fantastic hope it will help to increase sales of my shop and do good with e-commerce. hope it is great

I think it was a bit confusing to set up, but I figured it out after some googling and reading different threads.

The worse when it comes to doing business. I do not plan to do business with Facebook ever again. My items were being rejected after being reviewed as not following guidelines or policy when my business complies and is only skincare. No medical or device, personal attributes or whatever other reason I have been denied.I’m over all done with Facebook. Not a fan or supporter anymore.

I use this app to help me sell more products, but I can't advertise on Facebook, it is rejected. I hope this time it will be better.
