The app never works for this on iOS and it’s impossible to find on the website because they make it an app version. Very time consuming to get it working

Cannot use the sync app feature if your shop does not accept shopify pay and if your a skincare business you already know shopify does not process payments for that type of business so why even offer the FB app. for companies that sell skin care products, but yea

It's all showing up as if connected and working. However, there is no shop showing up on FB and IG and after days of trying to work out why, there is no actual help available.

Still can't get shop verified yet my page is meta verified.

Very limited functionality and therefore not recommended to use. E.g. Draft Orders are tracked as conversions and therefore heavily impact ad results. All of a sudden, we had a ROAS of over 100.
