All of my boxes have the green check mark for set up but the button for Request Approval is still grayed out. A little frustrating. Probably user error. :)

This used to work well but due to some recent updates, I'm no longer able to connect my Facebook brand account as well as Instagram and I lost all the synced products on my Facebook shop. I contacted the support team and got the explanation that Facebook/Instagram shopping aren't available in my country which in fact they are!

I appreciated just being able to log back in to reconnect Shopify with Facebook. I only wish that I hadn't discovered this by chance.

This Facebook channel let's us create ads on our social media and link back to products that are on our website so customers can see, like, want and buy at a click of a button.

Shopify told me that my Instagram app was no longer up to date and to install the new Facebook app. Since doing this, we have lost both Facebook and Instagram shopping and when I try to reconnect, I am told some of our products are not suitable and the shop is denied. Even after having deleted said products from Shopify, it is still not working. Can somebody please offer some advice as we have lost two shopping channels. Very, very upsetting!

there wasn't anything that I didn't enjoy. I think the simplicity of linking your website to Facebook can really help with your sales when creating ads and promos

I love the way this app helps us reach new audiences. Finally small businesses have some help to expand their audience.

The app automatically uploaded all items from my Shopify store which made the process quick but it also allowed items to be uploaded that aren't approved for Facebook like my digital downloads. I have to go through the process of figuring out how to remove them.

so far I use it for ads and its great. I think it would need more explanation on how to make your ads pop in facebook marketplace

I enjoyed using this app. It was useful when setting up details for my online business. One thing I did not like was that there was a cost to use all the features in the app.

DO NOT INSTALL! Your facebook page followers will get over-run with product spamming ever time a new product is added. Currently there is no way to turn off the new product notifications. Our facebook page has lost over a hundred+ followers in the last two days. *** Shopify Replied *** Shopify replied to my review but the suggested fix action does not work. I can not turn off ALL notifications because I still need posts to be seen by my customers. I just need to turn off New Product notifications which is currently IMPOSSIBLE in FACEBOOK.
