I have done this app multiple times and it doesn't connect. Shopify and Facebook/Instagram. It goes through all the prompts and says connected but it isn't working.

I had the channel before but they've upgraded it and I love the new features. You're able to set up a sales channel that allows customers to purchase directly through Facebook, and they also provide you with tons of information to help get you started and even sharpen your marketing efforts.

It has been very easy. Instructions are on the point. Even though I was very tired and didn't feel like setting up, it was worth it and very easy and quick to set up. Very pleased.

I used this app to connect facebook pixel to shopify account. It could have been better if there was a video walk through of this visually demonstrating the process. Instead I had to rely on youtube videos.

The Fb add is easy to configure and conect to your shopify account. The problem is with the facebook bussines account itself.

as I am the onee who is setting up my facebook account, I find it a bit difficult to keep up with all the instructions.

I love this app Joe! It is very helpful. I just need to go live more. Lol. I see how it makes invoicing so much easier and i am able to actually go to sleep sooner after my live!! I just have a few questions. Is there only 1 specific word I can use on my account? My word I believe is SOLD but i was wondering if other words were available for my account. Also I see how people can link their account and have a picture of the piece pop up on screen when they are showing the piece that they are showing live. Is there a way I can get that also through here? Thanks so much!!

Went through the process to 'Set up the new Facebook channel' multiple times. Each time it'd say 'You're all set!' and I'd be greeted with another 'Set up the new Facebook channel'. On about the 8th time, as I'm writing a 1 star review, and it finally connects. So frustrating.
