it's been ok, I'm still learning how to navigate Facebook through the business stand point but i feel like it could be easier if their wasn't so many glitches

Easy and simple to setup for a beginner like myself lol I love facebook and would definitely keep this app in all my stores.

Easy to navigate! The process was simple to follow and made sense. Been looking to sell on FB for a long time, excited to be able to do it now.

Much easier than expected, I am not very tech savvy, and it was very simple. I do feel that a minimum of 100 characters is a lot though

Coming from the old channels it pretty much set itself up! It’s impressive how far the platforms have come. You’re able to set up a campaign straight from the Shopify app without to much hassle.

there is a lot to learn using Facebook as a marketing tool. Once i learn more i was able to transfer products from Shopify right to Facebook. Learning now about marketing strageties.

I liked the style and flow of this channel looks like alot of improvements. My facebook page looks great!

lot of glitch. stay away from facebook if you like to increase your sales. Facebook is a open book giving and selling our data to others

Easy install to Shopify. We have no idea if connecting to FB will actually sell any more products. Oddly our Fb account gets knocked out evey 3-4 weeks and is always asking to be reconnected. Its a pain

I used this app to help set up a customer friendly base for my brand; easy to nav, great instructs for basic understanding to how the business world works. I enjoy how detailed and streamlined the app is across multiple platforms for the ultimate goal which is sales.

This app helps me to find new customers to my shop. A bit confusing in the beginning but after a while of use it becomes easier.

I have used this app to connect my Shopify store to potential buyers on Facebook which has a large base and I appreciate the audience it provides to stores like mine, but there is virtually no human customer service on Facebook and that means that problems like overcharge or wrong invoices cannot be disputed or dealt with, you'll get no response, just silence while you continue to be charged even if it's unfair.

With the new update, integration with my Facebook business account is streamlined. However, some adjustments have to be made.
