I use this app to engage with customers, potential customers and friends. I like this app because it keeps me connected to friends, family and customers.

Really great channel and pretty easy too use, you juste have to follow the process on shopify. I recommend it.

So to begin with I was pretty frustrated with not being able to get in contact with facebook as I was experiencing issue with getting my commerce account approved! However I was lucky to get the best help from Shopify Support Specialist Anna! (Thank you Anna for everything!) and later on also Facebook from a link to a support form. Now when everything is approved and up an running, I love the easy setup for your facebook and instagram shop. its super easy to set up and navigate in and new products get approved very fast! TIP: don't add giftcards to your facebook sales channel! you won't get approved then..

Just wanted to write and say this was amazing...with in a day everything is up and running and I wasn't confused at all duing set up. Nicely redone!!!!! WOHOOOO!

after some initial set up issues ..everything is looking . The syncing from Shopify to Facebook is seamless. Help for: guides are really useful and you're helped every step of the way. Now all i need do is sell some merch!

it was easy and quick. They provide you with a step by step process to make sure everything is done correctly. definitely will recommend

Much better than before. Still unsure how things get locked and getting them to unlock is very difficult. Would be great to have more information on why and how to clear thing up

Nice and easy to use. Everything was straight forward and well worded and understood. Nice easy point and click options.

For someone who isn't an expert, the set up was fairly simple and user friendly. I think Facebook could make business settings easier to find in general.

I Haven't been able to download this app in 3 days!! Keeps say URL is wrong, this needs to be fixed.

I can't even download this app, it's just showing the URL is wrong, it should be fixed as soon as possible.

There is enough guidance to help you set up Facebook marketing and the Facebook stores. Changes are effected almost immediately.

The app is really difficult to connect when there is more than one person working with the business manager. I am just getting to know it so not sure how it will be

It could be so much easier than this... I really dont like the app. Let me just connect my Pixel ID! It worked fine. Now I dont even have any Events on my page.
