been using for a while now, while its iterface is good, it is very bad in tracking ROAS. Sales which are not even generated from campaign are being reported as sales. there is no clarity on the sale and its performance. They tag everything to there pixel and have not logical explanation to this incorrect tracking. Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify how AdScale’s smart reporting works to ensure accurate ROAS tracking: Verified Order Tracking – AdScale only attributes orders that are explicitly tracked in Google or Meta. If an order is not found in these platforms, it is not counted in AdScale’s reporting. Your Pixel Remains Active – Your existing tracking pixels continue to operate normally. AdScale’s unique pixel complements them by precisely identifying which orders came directly from your campaigns. Clear Attribution – The Orders Tab in AdScale provides full transparency, detailing exactly which orders were attributed to which campaigns. Each order is counted only once, avoiding any duplication across Google and Meta. Support Outreach – Our support team has reached out multiple times offering to validate your claims and demonstrate that the reported orders were indeed generated from AdScale campaigns. Unfortunately, we have not received a response yet. We’d love to work with you to resolve any concerns. Please respond to our support team so we can walk you through the data.

We have been using AdScale for almost a year now and our company loves it! So many sales that we wouldn't have gotten before! Nicole Kaminer is excellent and super knowledgeable on everything and is ALWAYS there to answer any questions, super promptly.

I've been with AdScale for about 5 months now on their managed service and have thoroughly enjoyed working with our account manager Ksenyia. She's been attentive and on top of any changes that need to be made. When there were some small technical issues in the beginning, I was given direct access to their CTO to resolve the issue. I can say AdScale does their best to accommodate their clients.

We used ADscale for a few days, and while we encountered some initial issues, we were quickly and efficiently assisted (thanks to Nicole!). The program is user-friendly, with useful features like targeting people who’ve purchased recently, allowing you to re-engage them and drive repeat purchases. The system worked well, and we were impressed with its capabilities. However, for us, the cost was too high. Since we have a high ad spend, this translated into significant monthly fees. On top of that, email and SMS campaigns are not included in the regular subscription and require additional payments. This was the primary reason we decided to stop using ADscale for now. That said, if our business grows and we have more resources to invest, we would definitely consider coming back and using the platform more comprehensively!

We've been working with AdScale for 4 months now, after working with 4 different advertising agencies over the past 6 years. We were able to cut not only our overhead cost by 60%, but the strategy in place has been far more efficient with our spend. And we LOVE working with Ivan Pilov. He listens to us, brings great strategic ideas to our meetings, and always follows up within 36 hours from our call (despite being on the other side of the world) with a concise recap, including action items to implement updates and changes (something I've rarely experienced with other vendors).

I have used AdScale for about 2 years now with my Shopify store and had great success vs. using Meta platform direct. ROAS in AdScale vs. Meta has proven better with less confusion and set up times. Out of all the people at AdScale Nicole has consistently been the absolute best to work with. Mijn ervaring met Adscale is ronduit teleurstellend. Vanaf het begin had ik problemen met de koppeling van mijn Shopify winkel. Ondanks meerdere pogingen om hulp te krijgen, was telefonisch contact niet mogelijk. Pas nadat ik een slechte review had geplaatst, werd ik benaderd door meerdere supportmedewerkers. Ze boden aan mij te helpen, de trialperiode met 2 maanden te verlengen en 2 maanden beheerondersteuning te bieden, op verzoek dat ik mijn slechte review zou verwijderen. Het is jammer dat ik eerst een slechte beoordeling moest schrijven om serieus genomen te worden. Als klant verwacht ik gewoon tijdige en goede hulp, zonder dat ik mijn frustraties publiekelijk hoef te uiten. Hoewel de koppeling na veel moeite eindelijk werkte, ben ik absoluut niet tevreden over de app zelf. Het programma is ingewikkeld, onoverzichtelijk en verre van gebruiksvriendelijk. Zelfs het maken van een eenvoudige remarketingcampagne bleek een frustrerende en onduidelijke ervaring. Het aanmaken en beheren van campagnes en advertentiegroepen in het algemeen is verwarrend en tijdrovend. Daarnaast merkte ik tot mijn schrik dat campagnes die ik had uitgeschakeld, na een tijd vanzelf weer geactiveerd werden. Dit gebeurde meerdere keren. Gelukkig zag ik het op tijd, maar dit soort fouten kan leiden tot onnodige kosten, en dat is onacceptabel. Uiteindelijk kies ik ervoor om mijn campagnes rechtstreeks via Facebook Ads Manager te beheren. Dit is eenvoudiger, overzichtelijker en bovendien gratis. Facebook biedt daarnaast telefonische ondersteuning, wat ik bij Adscale erg mis. Kortom, Adscale is niet de juiste keuze voor mij. Het werkt niet zoals ik verwacht van een professionele tool en het gebrek aan overzicht en gebruiksvriendelijkheid maakt het nog minder aantrekkelijk. Ik raad deze app niet aan

Really robust system, with a lot of features and possibilities, yet easy to setup and even easier to let run and optimize. The support from Nicole has been amazing and a MAJOR help as we got going. In about 3 weeks of using this app, and with a background of painful experience with ads on google and meta, our business managed to generate a ROAS of 500%. The way the app connects with Meta and Google, and then reaches the targeted audience, makes it a powerful tool to have. It is not cheap, but it is worth the investment. The other really good thing about the app is the analytics, giving us a powerful insight of the customers, products and the business in general. I haven't tried the new email/sms features, so I can't comment on that.
