We have been using Fabrikator for 2 months and it has been great for our business! We can create POs with confidence and easily see how much we have sold of a product over a given period including periods we were out of stock. The predictive ordering is very trustworthy and has made our lives much easier keeping our store stocked.Highly recommend!

Exactly What We Needed! I had been dreaming of an app that could help me predict and manage stock better, then I discovered Fabrikator, and it completely transformed our operations. No more dead stock, no more long out-of-stock gaps. It’s also been a game-changer for our cash flow, as we now only order what we actually need. The team behind it is incredibly friendly and responsive - genuinely the best in the business. I just hope they remain affordable, because right now, this is hands down the best-value app of its kind on the market. They clearly care and do an exceptional job.

We use Fabrikator since around 6 months for our fashion brand to forecast, optimize inventory and manage supplier POs in one central tool. The brand is part of a ecomm holding company and we will use Fabrikator for our other brands as well. So far Fabrikator works really well for us. We moved from a combination of Stocky and Google Sheets and are not looking back. The new planning feature helps us planning a complete season cycle with multiple categories and suppliers - although the data needs some fine tuning after exporting but thats okay for us. PO management is easy & straightforward. We see the team is adding features and developing the tool further which gives us trust to use it long-term. The customer service is top notch and Bahadir and Egemen are there when you need them.

We've been using Fabrikator for almost two years now, and it's been a great fit for our business. We've tried several inventory planning solutions in the past – many were either too complex and expensive for our needs, or too basic and not reliable enough. Fabrikator strikes the perfect balance. It's simple and intuitive to use, but still powerful enough to handle everything we need. We manage around 500 SKUs, and the planning features work really well for us. Overall, we're super happy with it and can definitely recommend it!

Our store offers products at retail and wholesale prices, and this app helps us manage both retail and wholesale accounts and pricing. So far it has integrated very well with Shopify and our theme specifically which is Crave. The biggest thing we needed was the ability to make wholesale prices to be variable pricing, and not just a "discount percentage" off the retail price. This app allows us to do this very easily. Overall we are very happy with the product and will continue to use it for our needs!

Fabrikatör has proven to be extremely helpful for us, especially in managing purchase orders and improving inventory forecasting. It's easy to use, convenient, and packed with valuable features that are continuously being updated. The support team has been excellent—whenever we've had any issues, they've responded quickly and effectively. Highly recommended!

I found their pricing to be quite steep. They charge $0.75 per backorder, which can quickly add up if your business frequently deals with backorders, as mine does. This results in monthly costs soaring to $300 or $400, or even higher depending on sales spikes. When I reached out to the CEO to discuss a custom plan tailored to my business's unique needs, I was met with a curt response: either accept the high charges or find another service. Not the most accommodating approach! We’re sorry that our pricing model wasn’t in line with your budget. However, we find it difficult to justify the 1-star review simply because a discount request was declined. For anyone reading this, here’s the full context: 🟡 This review was left after we politely declined a request for a special discount — one that no other customer receives. 🟡 The user uninstalled Fabrikatör on the 4th day of their 14-day free trial, without exploring the full value of the app. That said, here’s where we stand: ✅ Our pricing is transparent and equal for all users. ✅ We’re fair to all merchants and don’t make exceptions under pressure. ✅ We’re here for long-term partnerships, not short-term deals. We started our free trial with Fabrikator to determine if it could help address some of the challenges we were facing. One of our main issues was accurately forecasting consumer demand to prevent stock shortages and avoid losing sales. Collecting and analyzing sales data is incredibly time-consuming, and once orders were placed, managing inventory efficiently became even more complicated. It is really helpful that you can import your PO's and then those incoming qtys are taken in to account. Historically this has always been a manual process which is much more time consuming looking through orders to check if something is on order. Initially I had a video call with Egemen which was incredibly helpful. Since then he has provided us with continuous support, guiding us through the process of getting all of our information into the app. This has allowed us to fully explore the potential benefits of Fabrikator, and we’re excited to see how it continues to streamline our operations and improve our inventory management. The app is very clearly laid out and the look and feel is perfect. The functions are useful and clearly laid out, and planning quantities is easy. The team helps you with onboarding and support responds very quickly. All points of contact with the support team were very pleasant. Only the pricing - as SAAS companies like to do - is a horror. Of course, it's based on turnover again, and it gets damn expensive at the top. I think paying about $6,000 a year is clearly way too much. We'll see to what extent Fabrikatör helps us and whether we want to use it in the long term because of the high costs or whether we'd rather look for a cheaper but less attractive alternative. It's been a great app so far as it does its core functionalities well and fast. We have thousands of SKUs so that means a lot to us not to have to wait on spinning wheels of loading death. Also, I actually like their AI help bot a ton. It enables you to get simple questions answered fast and always gives an option to talk to a person right away without hassle. I love using that AI bot instead of searching an article database and then having to scroll and try and find the answer to what I need. On top of that their support team is awesome. I get a response back pretty quickly and even on the weekends sometimes. On top of that!! they are super receptive to feature suggestions. A requested filter here and different report there or a explanation how that functionality already exists. It's really refreshing and makes you a fan of the company and just root for it. I highly recommend Fabrikator as your inventory assistant!
