When selecting a 6 digit numerical and alphabetical code- Many times it comes out just alphabetical and I have to try multiple times before I get a combination code. Hi Saints Shop, thanks for your feedback! We've fixed the issue and added logic to ensure every 6-digit code includes at least 2-3 numbers. If you find the update helpful, we’d appreciate an updated review (4 stars or above). Your support means a lot!

loved app before new update, now i cannot type in product search, i have to go thru every single item to get what product i need. We sincerely apologize for the issue in the recent update that removed the search functionality. We understand how frustrating it must have been to browse through every item manually. We identified the issue, and we’re happy to let you know that it has now been fixed. The search function is back, and we’ve also introduced an improvement in the new product selection UI—now, you can see if a product already has a barcode before selecting it. We truly thought this would be helpful for our customers, and we appreciate your patience as we worked on resolving the bug.

What hard work team, they serve you within seconds. They're patient and careful, I was attended to by sreelekshmi.

The assistant was very nice and explained to me that GTIN / UPC is not free, so I can't list products in the sales channels without them. Only the Barcode is free. :) However, I think it is a very good app because it has a fast and good custom service, but in my case this application is not useful to me. That's why I gave it fewer stars because it's not specific what the free plan is for and it took me some time to figure out what the problem was. Thank you Appreciate the review. Normally in order to get a unique UPC code, it needs to be purchased. We offer an option to purchase it via our app and use it in our paid plans. But the free plan only supports 20 barcodes. Hope you understand
