Fantastic app, really easy to use, does exactly what it says. Bjorn was even able to do some custom work to make our receipt exactly the way we needed. I really appreciate the amazing customer service. Much easier than trying to figure this out myself.

Great app to make your transactional documents match your store styling. Had a question about modifying something on our packing slip and Bjorn modified the coding right away to meet our needs. All I had to do was copy and paste! Houghly recommend to store owners who want to take their customer facing documents to the next level.

Worth every penny! You can customize what shows on the template. Looks clean and professional!

Perfect! We have been looking for a return form and this is perfect! It works brilliantly. Fast easy set up with custom features that make it very professional. The return form is so good we no longer use an invoice or packing slip. Just the return form. We have used Order printer for other uses and Bjorn's customer service is outstanding. Exactly what I was looking for. Emailed asking for an adjustment that wasn't possible via the online editor at 10pm, and they responded by 7am with a new template code to use to resolve my issue. Great customer service, and very very easy to use!

Great product, and great support. Solved our problem, and did so in two days. We would highly recommend.

I thought this app was great, allowing me to choose a professional looking invoice and packing slip layout design without having to code, but the strength in the product is that it also was able to pick up customised cart attributes (for the packing slips) that were created with another app, (and not just part of the Shopify standard set). The controls allowing you to choose what you want put in or leave out are great. I think it works hand-in-hand with Shopify's order printer app, and They seem to have put a great deal of thought into how the product works. I appreciated the one-off template pricing. The only thing I would have liked more of is more choice of template designs, but they emailed me about a new one recently, so maybe they are already on top of that. It's very easy to set up and use.

No words on the designs.I don't like the default boring order templates .This app give us a lot of customizations with an easy and enjoyable dashboard.Woow the support is at the top.We got support to show some additional product line options and it is a very specific request.Bjorn turn back quickly and made a lot of effort to find a solution.Thanks for the great app...

It's an easy to use app and a very handy template for a one time purchase, it's great. However, the template doesn't work when you selected all orders to be printed all at once and wanting to safe papers for two sided printing per order. It literally print two orders in one sheet of paper if you do so. Therefore, to manually print one order at a time is a waste of effort. Because of this, I'm giving a neutral feedback.
