The templates are great - plus the developers went above and beyond to fix some minor issues specific to our business. Highly recommend!

I was looking for an app that worked in a few different ways. To print packing slips and invoices. I wanted to be able to customize my template some so it reflected my brand and this allows it. When a customer wants a printed invoice it looks professional. It also lets you print, email or text the invoice. Just great! It integrates very well with Shopify, so far no issues.

I cant install the app. When i cklick on add app the site refresh and then on the page page disappear" page is not there" With Order Printer Template its the same. What happened here??

As is SO OFTEN the case with Shopify apps, this has the potential to be a great app but our user experience has been weakened by what seems like a bug. Any changes/edits we make in the template loses the custom font size on the integrated customer labelling we require in our delivery order template and we have to return to the template html code to manually reset it each time. Had to do it again this week after flagging this and getting support in May 2020.

Professional looking invoices and packing slips that are extremely easy to modify without any coding . The ability to be able to print the barcode of a product was a life saver for me . The very nice surprise is that even though the documentation says that it is only compatible with Barcodes CODE128 , with a minor change in the template I was able to change it to handle EAN13 codes as well . In fact I think it is compatible with most bar codes . To summarise , if your back office workflow requires that u print the product barcodes then get those templates !!!!

So easy to use and very professional looking documents. Support were very helpful with adding a little customisation for us. VERY Impressed - I'm certain you will be too! Highly recommended

Really wish we could have used the template! It was super easy to set up and the team was extremely helpful with any questions that we had. They even help us adjust the template slightly to match our needs. Unfortunately, we just couldn't get around one tricky local statutory requirement but, regardless, I would recommend this app to anyone!

I really like that the team is able to help with additional formatting of purchased templates, after the purchase has been made when the builder cannot do what you need. They are incredibly responsive.

I had a special request to customize a template. I received a response immediately, and the revised template code was sent to me in a text doc to simply copy and paste! Amazing customer service!

Fantastic customization flexibility and customer support goes above and beyond! Very happy with this app!

After many customers were requesting a copy of the paid invoice, we opted to use Order Printer Template due to the amount of use and the positive reviews it had received. The templates are detailed, easy to read and allows for very extensive customization. There was one aspect that we needed to alter; however, not knowing coding, we emailed OPT to see if it was possible to make the changes needed. The response was extremely quick, and they even made the changes for us. In addition, when the altered template was sent back, we were provided with easy, step-by-step instructions as to how to import and select the new version for use. This company is extremely professional, thorough and responsive. I would definitely use them again and highly, highly recommend them.

We use this app for all our customized printing documents presented to customers. Love how it gives our customers a consistent presentation of our company. I do wish you would add a LinkedIn Social Media Option.

Works absolutely amazing and the staff is quick to respond and provide any assistance you might need. We had tried a few other similar apps on the app store and nothing compares!

I was originally just using my postage provider to print a label and a dispatch note. Then I realised th denote should be a bit nicer, so I customised the default order invoice template in Shopify's Order Printer. But then I wanted to include a nice returns note too, so did a quick google to see if anyone had already done the hard work of making a good looking design and low and behold, they have! Really loving these templates, I've bought the Invoice and Returns Form version of one design. Further down the line I might use the Pro version to email out the documents but for now, this is ideal. I can print the docs from the order details page immediately, then pack my items up before getting the printing sorted. Love it! :)

Client asked for an invoice asap and we had no idea what to do in shopify to get a professional looking invoices, a quick search and a few minutes later, our problem was solved with this!
