I have been using their app for a while now and have not been disappointed in the flexibility the app offers. I recently contacted them to see if they could add a new field to view the Delivery Instructions from the Local Delivery feature Shopify offers. They promptly looked into the problem and determined they were unable to add this field due to Shopify not implementing the API yet. Overall, Menelaos responded quickly and was very informative on to why this field could not be added. Hopefully Shopify can update their API soon.

We needed this App to provide customised CSV export files for our fulfilment house and for them to be sent at different times. And that is exactly what it does! Recommended. It does a shed load of other things too (but we have not tried them yet).

I use this app every day to create our work order for production. Our belts and wallets are custom made (BullhideBelts.com) so I have to create a work order every morning to give to the crew. This app pulls all the information over so I can download an excel document to print off. You can customize it easily to pull what you need. Well worth the cost if you need to be able to do this. Keep up the good work MeneLabs.

The support team on this app is beyond great! I was contacted immediately and they took my issue seriously. He actually fixed it within the hour, which was amazing. On top of that, we had a suggestions regarding products being listed multiple times with the same order# vs an order being listed once with multiple products. He asked for details (I gave lots of note) and then that Monday the option was available on their app. We now use this app everyday in our work flow, especially our art dept. Thanks for making a great app and thanks for being open and listening to your customers.
