No support! No service! Sometimes people forget that the best advertising is word of mouth! Also, after this review they asked us to change it and modify it! It’s unfortunate that, despite our consistent support, you’ve chosen to leave a review stating “No support! No service!”—a claim that simply doesn’t reflect the reality. You used Outvio for nearly two years without issues, and now blame us for a problem caused during your migration to Shopify. An issue that, as explained, had nothing to do with Outvio, but rather with how your Shopify environment was configured. Estamos muy contentos con el servicio que ofrece Outvio. La app es muy intuitiva. La personalización de correos nos ha permitido crear una identidad única para nuestra marca. También el servicio de devoluciones es muy bueno y los clientes están satisfechos. Lo recomendaría 100%.

Estoy encantada con Outvio. Destaco la facilidad de integración con mi cuenta de shopify, la integración con todos los transportistas (una vez integrados, todos los envíos se tramitan con un solo click). Las pocas incidencias que he tenido las han solucionado bastante rápido por lo que el servicio es muy bueno.

Outvio me ahorra muchas horas de trabajo. Toda la gestión de logística y las devoluciones han quedado automatizadas con esta App. Con un solo click mis pedidos quedan preparados en mi Shopify, registrados en las empresas de transporte, los clientes están avisados por correo de cada paso que da su pedido y además he obtenido ventas derivadas del retargeting que ofrece con los correos enviados a los clientes. Estoy muy contenta con la facilidad de uso y con el servicio que ofrecen.

Solo tengo buenas palabras para Outvio. Ha sido la tool que me ha permitido independizarme de mi 3PL, ahorrar costes y aumentar mi servicio al cliente de manera radical. Tengo un control completo de lo que sucede ahora en mi almacén a nivel de envíos :)

Herramienta 100% recomendable. Una vez te acostumbras es realmente fácil de utilizar. Increíble que una única herramienta pueda ofrecer tantas funcionalidades.

Al principio teníamos nuestras dudas. Estuvimos valorando varias herramientas. Al final optamos por Outvio, y la verdad estamos más que satisfechos. El software ofrece muchísimo más de lo que aparenta. Os recomiendo a todos que echéis un ojo a sus funcionalidades. Tampoco tuvimos problemas con la integración. ¡Contentísimos!

It is a complete disgrace to work with this company, they have been stalling us for 3 months and they do not keep their promises, they bought 400 €, although we have not used the application even once, there was a problem in the integration in the application, the problem belonged to their own software. They said we would use 1 month as a gift and they cut the money for it. Their managers also do not keep their promises. A complete disgrace. We have spent 3 months in vain and they are too lazy to respond even by mail.

La aplicación es super fácil de usar, muy intuitiva. Hace años que la usamos y apenas nos ha dado problemas. Calidad precio, inmejorable. La recomiendo completamente.

Hemos integrado la plataforma con nuestros almacenes y es nuestra base para la gestión de pedidos. Además, nos han añadido funcionalidades Ad Hoc para nuestras necesidades. Recomendable sobre todo para startups B2C.

They seem to target the somewhat bigger companies, software looks well designed and impressive functionality. It is far far more then a tracking app. It is streamlining the whole order, packing and fullfilment and after sales process with having a tracking and return page with their own unique URL. Having your courier accounts being used, getting instant shipping quotes and printing shipping labels directly from the app. This software does not come cheap, but compared with the high end software for this kind of functionality the price seems to be very good. Why only a 3 star rating? The trial they offer is not really a trial. Every time you want to try out a particular feature you get the message you have to upgrade to one of their plans, so it means you can not try it out in order to see if it fits your needs or if it is just overkill to your needs. This last bit was very frustrating. The courier we use the most was not included. They offered to include this courier on the basis that I commit myself to become a customer, again without having the opportunity to see if it fits my needs and to see if I really like to work with this software. And for post purchase upselling, this is not the right app, very limited. and for just getting a banner on the tracking page you end up being forced to choose the more expensive package, same with Multi Language support: only available on the more expensive package. I post this knowledge here so people are getting better informed about this software (pro's and cons) so they can make up their own mind instead of me having wasted a fair bit of time to find out if it is for me.

Me pasé a Outvio tras probar varias aplicaciones de envíos y no he podido tomar mejor decisión. Outvio va muy por delante que cualquier otra app en cuanto a diseño, facilidad de uso, y asistencia. La recomiendo si buscas una app que te ayude a progresar. En especial mencionar a Jose que me ha ayudado en todo el proceso y resolviendo todas las dudas desde el minuto uno.
