I like how flexible this app is, it allows for both reviews and testimonials which is exactly what we needed and customer support is the best. Thank you!

I love this app. It is a "must-have" in my mind. It shows that your customers are satisfied with your products. The staff are great as far as customer service too.

I needed a simple and seamless app for reviews. I dislike coding and leave immediately when an app requires it for installation. I love the fact that it automatically installs it on the most impactful page, “home page.” And I have the option to add it on my product pages as well. First time using customer service last night; well early morning 4am, and they were most helpful. Definitely a keeper app.

Fantastic review app, the standout is the excellent customer service support this app provides. I had issues with clients receiving my review emails and received exceptional customer service from Afreedi a member of the customer service. What was even more satisfying was the fact that he was able to talk though the issue with me to help me clearly understand the issue.

I LOVE this app!! I reached out via chat for some instructions on how to complete a task and to my surprise the support team responded right away. The gentleman even did a zoom so we could share screens and he showed me step by step and answered ANY questions I had. I didn't feel rushed at all. He was very patient with me. I've had the app a short amount of time, but can say that so far I am a fan. It is a pretty comprehensive tool and really useful. The support time responded to my questions rather quickly and set up the Photo review portion of the app at my request( when I needed help).

So far so good. I haven't used it much yet but the support team got back to me quickly with my issue and are very helpful.
